Hotel Nelton

Luca and Tanya were very helpful, kind and accommodating. They eagerly answered all our questions and gladly suggested on places to visit and how to easily get there. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. All the staff were kind and nice even the cleaning ladies. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we would go on holiday in the south. Very close to Pompeii and Naples center. Breakfast was also yummy, although I think coffee can still be improved.

Swimming pool time can be extended till 9pm instead of 6.30pm since the sun is still up at that time in the summer. It would be nice to have a relaxing time in the pool after a day of sightseeing.

1) Had a SUPERB view of Vesuvio and was close to Pompeii. 2) ALL staff and in house restaurant were CONSISTENTLY helpful and excellent. 3) Exterior parking lot for our car was large and very secure; hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Scafani. 5) Housekeeping was good as well. In general, Hotel Nelton was a low key, friendly environment for our four day stay.

Quiet location, nice pool

“Upgrade” a bit of a con, as receptionist said every room in the hotel was identical when we asked if there were any larger rooms. We extended 3 nights, on separate bookings on Booking.com, all at same or higher price, but when we asked for another bottle of water the receptionist said it was only free on the first of the nights! Any logic there?

Extremely polite and helpful staff. Looks prettier than in the photos. Very comfortable. Nice pool.

To give 10 we are missing window blinds. There were curtains however very early in the morning sun was waking us up. For us is a disadvantage however all depends what you are used to.

Everything was very good, chilled and clean. Perfect place if you are looking for something more quiet and with less children. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Lunch and dinner is offered, however the menu is with around 5 options so you might consider going out for food

not much going on around the hotel so you needed to go out to find Resteraunt’s by car, the local town Scafati is not up too much at all

The hotel is very clean and personnel very nice. Airconditiong worked well and we got good night sleep.

It would be nice to use the swimming pool later in the evening. The closing time 6:30 p.m is very early.

Quiet suburb location, clean with nice pool

“Discounts” are misleading, as all the rooms are the same, as we were told when we asked if they had a bigger room, & they all include breakfast 😉

The hotel was excellent, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

My room was semi basement. Although I had a glass door to a terrace, seeing a wall was not that nice. On the other hand the price was quite reasonable though.
