The Apartment was super and just what we wonted for our stay in Pompei. It was near the center, just a short walk away, great. It had all that we needed and it was nice to be on our own as a family in the evening time. we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine, super. The Parking space for our car was also very good right behind the Apartment and then with a locked gate, for its safety.

Unfortunately in this time of our stay the WALAN in house was not working and we only had Internet for the last day of our stay. My wife had to go down into the Reception room to get any internet. The staff were very sorry and the problem was shorted out, but for us to late. As Palazzo Archeo is off the main road and in a side street we found it hard to find. Luckly for us a very nice man helped us find it.

This apartment suited us well for our visit to Pompeii. Staff were v helpful and responsive when we had a slight problem with our keys. It felt like good value for money and was comfortable and cool on the v hot days we were there. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations.

As a family of 5 the living space did feel a little cramped at times, but we were out visiting ruins most of the time so not too much of a problem! Arrival was a little disconcerting - we weren't sure how to access the property and it wasn't clear which gate or buzzer we should be using. It would have been helpful to have had a kettle to make cups of tea, but otherwise adequately equipped. It's located along a slightly desolate street but we always felt safe.

The location had on site parking and was behind a gate that you're given a key to. There's no lobby to walk in and you're given a legitimate apartment to stay in. It was a pretty spacious location considering the price. We didn't spend a lot of time staying in the apartment, but the time we did was comfortable and secure. This location is also a very short walk to the entrance of the Ponpeii ruins. It was roughly a kilometer away. There might be closer locations, but I doubt you'll find anywhere as secure and nicely accommodated.

Shower was very small and a bit difficult to manage, but really the only issue on site. Parking is tight if you have a big vehicle, but driving a big vehicle is a bad idea in general in most of the big cities in Italy.

Perfect to explore the ruins (10min by foot).The apartment was spacious and clean.Very well equipped kitchen with oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, paper towels, microwave and even tooth pick & baby chair. There is even a washing machine. Calm neighborhood with some shops and restaurants in walking distance. The best was the safe & secure parking space & that we could leave the car till the afternoon.

The LED lights are uncomfortable (very cold light).

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the sheets smelled incredible. The facilities in the apartment, washing machine and equipped kitchen were great. The apartment was in an area that was quiet at night, and within 10 minutes walking distance of markets, shops and restaurants, and (depending on the gate and ticket office) it is a 20/30 minutes straight forward, easy to Pompeii - which we loved as it gave is the opportunity to get our bearings as you pass through area mentioned above. Should note it has a secure carpark at the back of the property which we like as the car was a hired one. The host was accommodating with our requests for an extra night, which I appreciate won't always be the case, but made it all seem seamless.

The location was great, just a 5-10min walk to Pompeii ruins, and the staff was excellent (responsive on WhatsApp, and the lady, that let us in the apartment was very polite and helpful). Additionally, there were 2 air conditioners inside the apartment.

The mechanism to open apartment doors was a bit tricky and some other staff did not speak English, so there was a bit of a language barrier.

The location is perfect for visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius and also taking the trips to Amalfi coast. If you travel by car and you want to make sure that your car is safe then the place is for you. It is neatly decorated, with all the necessary appliances. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The balcony, the cleanliness, and the comfort, the private parking, the proximity to the ruins of Pompeii (you can go on foot) are just some of the highlights that this apartment has.

The only downside is, that the name of the property is not visible from the main street, since the billboard is small and in beige color. <of you travel by car, your google maps might send you to the wrong destination, because the address of the property sends you to the old place.

Very clean, modern, well equipped, great location. Parking if needed. Town very close, ruins close, train station very close.

Nothing really! The living/kitchen space was quite compact and not ideal for a toddler (like we had!) As they can reach the kitchen utensils/knives and there's nowhere to keep them happy playing while you cook because it's all in the same space.. but we knew that before booking and didn't plan to be spending much time relaxing in the property, so we didn't mind!

The apartment was modern, well maintained, and clean. The rooms were spacious enough and it had all the facilities we needed. The location was also very good, close to Pompei centre, to a train station, and some small supermarkets.

The bed I slept on was a little too hard and uncomfortable, but that might also just be a personal preference.

During our second stay in Pompei we decided to use Palazzo Archeo again. This time we were accommodated in the newest section which is served by an underground parking too. Gennaro and Caterina truly did a wonderful job in designing and upkeeping the premises . Well done, keep it up!
