The property has only just opened and is beautifully equipped to a very high standard. Our room was lovely with a private balcony and very nice bathroom. It was immaculate in every detail. The owners and their team could not have been more helpful in providing information about the local area, how to get around to see places, where to eat, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was exceptionally good and included in the price. The swimming pool was lovely ( you need to wear a cap in the pool which they have for sale at Reception for 2 euros).

No where to relax indoors apart from your room seating in & around pool but no good if raining The side road outside a bit uneven so when it rained there were lots of big puddles u had to jump over or step in.

Nice, new and clean accommodation in a not-so-nice neighborhood 🙁 but it is definitely not a quiet accommodation where a guest can rest after a long journey. Next time we would choose accommodation without a pool in a better and quieter neighborhood. At the hotel there was an incredible amount of noise from the children in the evening, a group of children (outside the hotel's) had a party by the pool. At ten thirty they came to wake us up because of how to open the gate. Next door from the room at night you could hear every flush, shower, children and especially the loud TV until the morning. The rooms are not soundproofed!

We booked this accommodation because of the pool so we could cool down and relax by the pool after a long drive. However, we ended up not using the pool because it was not clear. We arrived at the hotel around 15:00, the parking lot was full, there were also many people at the pool. The small hotel pool is also used by the public. So a big disappointment. The check-in staff could be more accommodating and nicer. No one answered our messages during our stay. Breakfast in a heated room is served on plastic and paper. Bad quality coffee from the machine.

The pool is only open until 18:00 and you’re obligated to wear a swimming cap. The breakfast was very minimalist with plastic plates, cardboard cups and a bad coffee machine. It is very close to Pompei, however, the town is very run down, it feels like an oasis in a ****hole. You feel guilty entering such a nice place with all the poverty around. There are multiple (old) appartment complexes looking onto the courtyard where the pool is, meaning there is no sense of privacy. There is a bar as well at the pool but it was never staffed. (This was “low” season though) You feel micromanaged, whenever something is out of place they talk to you about it. Our room was next to the reception and there is no soundproofing, we could hear all reception conversation from 7hr until 22hr.
