Some rooms have Balcony where one can relax. We took a sea view room, so this part was excellent. The staff is super helpful. They have many options to book tours or taxis for tourists. Pool is exceptional, We enjoyed it almost everyday. Once can come and stay just in the hotel eventhough there is no city sightseeing plan. We will visit once again for sure.

Location is a bit off and so the connectivity. Taxis are expensive in Napoli so one cannot take them everytime. Bus coverage to the nearest place is poor and one needs to walk 1.6 km atleast to reach metro which is unfortunately not a flat route. Breakfast is satisfactory but this can be improved because we noticed if the items are over they do not bring in again this means they are over. So on busy days one will have only limited options left in the breakfast if you go in last hour.

Didn’t like the gate system coming in and out of the property. You have to ring a bell and they don’t always respond. Not a huge issue but annoying. Also- the beach isn’t really suitable for swimming. it Looks pretty but it’s too rocky and wavy. The pool is really nice. The food at the pool bar could be better.

Oh gosh, everything! So clean. Amazing staff, who cannot do enough for you. Marta was fantastic. Many others were so helpful with my baby bottles. Room had a gorgeous view of the pool and sea so booking the correct room is vital. Takeaways in local area are yummy. Enzo is a local taxi driver who took us all over for a very readable price. It's peaceful and safe. Drinks and food at the pool bar were excellent too. Cannot wait to return.

The restaurant food is fish heavy so not for us at all but hotel staff ordered us take aways which were hot on delivery and cheap. I'd advise eating by the pool at 4/5 if you like an early bit of food and then do room service for cheese toastie later on. Honestly best place I've stayed. Thanks

Overall the hotel itself is very nice. It was very clean and tidy, the staff was responsive and kind. Superior room with sea view was spacious, bright, very comfortable bed. Very good location, as it is close to the airport and easy to reach Amalfi coast.

Breakfast was the same every morning, quite a lack of choice, which was annoying when staying for several nights. The hotel area has no activities for children, such as a some playground or smth, there is only one small pool. The area by the sea would be nice, but it really needs some cleaning up or renovation, quite a mess right by the sea. I would recommend going there only by car, because the area outside the hotel seemed quite scary, especially in the evening hours, and there is nothing to do and see.

The welcome from the staff was great on arrival, the staff were always so friendly and helpful. They also helped us organise a taxi from the airport to the hotel before we arrived. The pools are fantastic, popular but never too busy. We had 2 rooms next to each other overlooking the sea, what a view! As a family with 3 children we loved our stay here. Herculaneum is also walkable - only about 20 minutes, as well as the coach to go up Vesuvius. There are 2 stations - we took the train into Naples, a very easy route and tickets are inexpensive. We did a lot of walking, including into Torre del Greco and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic too - served everyone's needs! A great stay!

It would have been helpful if the restaurant had a children's option. And be prepared if you don't have a car that there is a lot of walking to do into town and other places nearby. It did feel safe though, you just get used to it!

The hotel is beautiful, particularly worth it for the sea water pool. The room was spacious and clean- beautiful sea view terrace. Front reception staff (Marta and Santa) were lovely, as was the breakfast staff!

The hotel’s surrounding area feels dodgy, and there isn’t anything to see around - not even shops, barely any restaurants. We had to spend a lot of money on transports/taxis to and from places, as even the closest train station is too far to walk to. Beware of the taxi costs as a 5min ride will cost 10-12€. The restaurant waiters were very rude, put us off from coming back to eat there :(

It’s an old hotel, that has its charm . Some furniture, glass frames on pictures in rooms are damaged and need to be fixed/ updated . But, overall the property is very clean and pleasant . The hair dryer in the bathroom is totally antique- very interesting, but doesn’t do the job , may be on someone with a very thin or no hair - it would 😂. Private beach and pool area are awesome . The staff at the bar (pool area) - very nice and eager to please . Reception staff - very professional and will take care of every issue, problem , request you might have . Felt very secure having so many people helping me.

Staff were super friendly, specially with our 1.5 year old daughter which ment a lot to us. They shared many tips and hints about the area and sites nearby to visit. They even prepared train schedules to help us make the best out of our short visit. The hotel restaurant is just amazing. Food was tasty and we even regretted going to another restaurant once . It has a beautiful view and cute decorations with funny pasta lamps :) it was just perfect. Breakfast was also nice with fresh fruits, nice coffee, cake, Bacon and eggs and everything you need.

The only thing we thought it could have improved was the AC/Heating in the room. We were abit cold at night but I'm sure if we have asked the staff they could have possibly fixed it for us. Eating dinner at the restaurant is also not that child friendly as it only starts from 8pm which most toddlers are sleeping (however it gave us a chance to have a calm couply night later when the little one slept)

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and made excellent recommendations for restaurants. They also made reservations and organized taxis. The facilities are spacious, sparkling, very clean and well maintained, and just beautiful, everywhere you looked! We loved taking the cooking class they offered and meeting other guests. The bar by the pool was also delightful!

Not that the hotel can change this, but there is no where to walk - the facilities are gorgeous, but they are an oasis. Perfect for visiting Naples, the coast, Herculaneum, Pompeii, and wonderful to sit by the beach or pool, but we like to explore around us and there really wasn't anything. Again, the hotel really has no control over this and they certainly make their area beautiful!

The area where the hotel is situated is a bit rough and dirty. The restaurant could have done with a kids menu, but that being said they will cook you a simple plate of pasta if asked. Also going around with a pram is a bit challenging at times as there are a lot of stairs.
