Ultra chic modern Italian styled studio- 10/10 for aesthetics. Management very courteous and in contact from the moment of booking. Large screen smart TV welcomed after weeks of local only channels. Personally I would be happy to live here with very few modifications
For myself nil but I feel the need to mention something as this question exists 😀 A. no full length mirror nor hair dryer we could find (maybe it’s hidden ?) both basic requirements for females.

The apartement is just awesome! Everything is new and the furnishement is perfect, a big kitchen, TV, a big bathroom and a litte cute private garden on top. The apartement is located pretty central and you can walk to the center and the beach in a short amount of time. The owner also rent us his own private bikes to get to the beach as fast as possible. He also gave us recommondetions for good restaurants and bars, so he is by far one of the nicest host i‘ve ever had! If i‘ll ever come back to rimini i would choose this apartement again!

The apartment is modern and well equipped with all the comforts that one can think of. The location to explore the historical centre of Rimini is perfect and the hosts are full of suggestions for excellent restaurant experience. If you are travelling for work and conference, the Rimini Palacongressi is literally 10 minutes away by foot through a park. Strongly recommended!
There is nothing negative regarding the apartment. The owners have done a great job.

Amazing property , just a walk away from the city center and a 10 minute scooter ride to the beach. What more could ask for. Super friendly owner amazing guy. Cozy place to stay at. Will be back here again.
Wi-Fi was a little spotty but shouldn’t matter if you’re here on holiday since you should be out and exploring. Other than that the place is perfect.
