Card International Hotel

Good location close to the station. Room compact as expected but had everything we needed. Breakfast good choice and plentiful. Staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and housekeeping service was good. 4 mins walk to the station, 10 mins to one of the main squares and shops and 15 mins slow stroll to the beaches, Rimini eye and Marina. The shuttle for San Marino is 4 mins walk. Rimini is a lovely city, we spent a great Bank Holiday weekend there and enjoyed a trip into San Marino for a few hours ( it's only 30 mins away by bus)

Although there were controls in the room the air conditioning didn't work which made the nights quite uncomfortable. The hotel is on a well used road and while the double glazing is fantastic sound proofing having the window closed and no air con means the room is very hot and stuffy but if you open the window the road noise could keep you awake. The water pressure in the shower was poor and a real effort was needed to wash long hair. The bed was a little hard but of course that's personal preference

We liked everything about this hotel. We arrived in Rimini by train and the hotel was in a direct line with the station and about a 250m walk. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and attended to everything. The location is excellent, right on the edge of the old town, where a market is held every Saturday and Wednesday. The right was quite, the bed was enormous and the room was cleaned daily- we stayed for 10 nights. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice foods. The beach is a 20 minute but there is the option of a free courtesy bus which picks you up from the hotel and will drop you off at any of the beach clubs. We were sad to leave but will do out utmost to return to Hotel Card International.

We had a double room for 2 people. So we had thoughts that the hotel won’t be that good as it’s rated. Surprisingly the Employees, those who received us was very kind and guest friendly. The Hotel is very comfortable, people talk to you the employees are helping in any way you need. The Rooms are very clean they clean the rooms perfectly, the bathroom, the shower, bed & the floor. When you check in after leaving the hotel, you feel like you rented a new room!😊 😊 I will give them a 10/10 for everything except the beds it could be little bit more comfortable. But we slept well so everything alright😊

The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, is a definite plus for travelers relying on trains for their journey. Situated right at the heart of Rimini's historic part, it provides easy access to the city's attractions and cultural gems. Upon entering the room, I found it to be decent and suitable for a comfortable stay. However, there was one particular downside that affected my experience—the placement of the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, it was positioned directly over the bed, and during the night, it continuously blew cold air, which ended up hitting my head. As a result, I woke up with a headache. I couldn't help but wish that the AC vent was located on the other side of the room to avoid this discomfort. Despite this one setback, the overall stay was manageable, thanks to the hotel's favorable location and the generally decent room. If you can overlook the AC placement or perhaps request a room with a better ventilation arrangement, it might prove to be a suitable choice for your stay in Rimini.

Bed was very comfy, room was clean, shower was good and towels were lovely and soft.

, cracked shower tile , no complimentary water which would have been better, staff allowed a man to barge in front of us when we were checking out and went to speak to him, I had to say to them that we were in the middle of checking out and eventually she asked him to wait!! There were ants on the bedroom floor , but we killed them and had no further issues, although it was nothing to do with the hotel , there were lots of men hanging around on the street near there which was a little intimidating but as I said it’s nothing that they can do about it sadly.

We have revisited this hotel, so such kind of recommendation is excellent. It is a comfortable, clean and modern hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, willing to help with anything we needed and excellent service—a wide choice of breakfast dishes, hot and cold. We will be happy to stay at this hotel again!

It seems that a kettle in a hotel of this category should be standard and not chargeable - €5 or €7 (if I remember correctly, I didn't use it, but I noticed).

Good price, nice staff, Clean and good interior.

Not flexible in cancellation or shifting the stay. I asked for cancellation or for shifting from July 2023 to April 2024 by accepting the July price (I gave 2 Options in April, both had around half the July-Price), but I got a rejection. Parking: Hotel has not an own parking place. One hast to Park the car somewhere at the street on public parking spaces (it ist hard to find a free one). There isn't even place for quick unloading the car.

Very nice place with modern amenities, plenty of closet space, a mini-bar (which to us means a bit of refrigerator space), ample and comfortable linens and a pleasant staff.

We requested and paid for a balcony (presented as an upgrade) and when we arrived in the room we couldn't get it open. Happily, a person arrived in twenty minutes to open it. (Apparently, it was stuck and took a little force that we were afraid to expend.) I know it is barely Spring, but a couple of chairs on the balcony (or another in the room to move out) would have been nice.Maybe in the Summer that's so. The shower required a fairly high (for older folks) step over the tub and we worried about spraying the floor. We requested, albeit the evening before checkout, an hour later checkout, and were able to wrangle 30 minutes, which made our morning that included attending a race, pretty hectic.

I actually had a suite which was a pleasant surprise. It was nicely set up and decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although I wish the shower pressure was a bit stronger. The breakfast was plentiful and awesome. The location is very close to the train station and had no problem toting my wheeled suitcase to the B&B. It is on the outside of the city wall so it was a 5-10 minute walk to get to any eateries. The proprietors and staff were friendly and helpful.

Marvellous hotel in sunny Rimini. Super comfy room and bed, with fresh new sheets every day. We truly appreciated the nearby and affordable parking that is also near an amazing beer and food spot. It's not indoor but it's guarded, which is a great plus considering that it's near a station. The overall hotel is super clean, modern and cozy, but what truly amazed us were the details: first of all, the staff is wonderful! We checked in with a girl with long, blonde hair whose name, unfortunately, I didn't catch that was incredibly nice and welcoming with us and especially our dog. She really made our day several times during our stay and it's a pleasure to see that there are people that do their job with joy and purpose. Speaking of dogs, we had the pleasant surprise of finding a dog bed and bowl in our room, which is pretty uncommon in my experience. Another thing that blew our mind was the breakfast: you guys made me take 2 kilos in 3 days! We've been travelling around Europe for months and this was the best breakfast hands down. Every day they served different, fresh, delicious and abundant food. If I go to Rimini again, I would definitely come back here. I heartily recommend it!
