Good location, close to the city center and the lake. The staff was friendly, the room was okay, maybe a bit small, but for one night it was fine. Parking was just on the other side of the street, safe, with lots of space. Good breakfast.

The bathroom was really small, and the strangest thing was that the sink was not even in the bathroom, but in the room, close to the bed, however, it didn't cause much discomfort. The biggest issue was that it was really cold in the room at night and we didn't manage to turn on the heating, some blankets in the wardrobe would be nice in this case. I believe we also left a watch in the room, I tried to contact the hotel but they didn't respond.

The hotel has a perfect location, very close to the city center and also to the mountain lift. The chalet was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff provided all we needed. I feel so grateful because I forgot something in the room and they were so kind to send it to Bulgaria. Thank you dear Antiche Mura team! If I have another opportunity, I will definitely stay in your hotel again and I highly recommend it for accommodation in the beautiful Riva del Garda!

Everything was perfect

A very quaint and professional hotel. Location is on the edge of the old town which is easy to walk to from the square or beach. Room is small but totally fine for us and we are not small. It is just for sleeping anyway. Get out and about in this gorgeous town. Breakfast was a highlight, as was the free bikes on offer, just downstairs. If you are looking to hire a mountain bike this location is great as there are 3 or 4 stores nearby. Staff were friendly and professional.

We absolutely loved the room we were allocated as it had a lovely garden area which was perfect for our small kids. It was also peaceful and had a wonderful backdrop of the mountain, not too far from the main buzz of the town. The room was clean and refreshed every day and we also had a lovely breakfast included with fabulous coffee! The restaurant adjacent was a great plus and although it’s fine dining they found options to accommodate our young picky eaters :)

The water temperature in the shower was difficult to regulate and there were too many mosquitoes which they could possibly take some preventative measures for.

Parking was available and we had a place to stop to take the parking keys. The hotel is very close to the touristic part of Riva del Garda so easy to just walk around and even if you want a ferry to one of the towns you don't have a long walk. The staff were very kind and generous. The room was good and fairly comfortable. I would definitely recommend that you book a table at the hotel's restaurant, it's very good and well priced for what you get. Breakfast was very good!!

The room didn't have AC (which we knew) and did get warm. There is a ceiling fan but if you suffer from heat at night it may be a problem. Shower a bit small but enough.

Best thing about the hotel for me was the breakfast (don't forget to ask them to prepare eggs or a plate of meats for you). Excellent location, clean and convenient room, but there are no elevators. The staff was kind and helpful, though reception is closed throughout the day, perhaps it was because I was there off season (end of March). I mainly needed them for information, but there is a great tourist information spot nearby. It is close to Riva's main streets.

The cabin we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There was a separate bedroom with ensuite shower and the lounge area had a large sofa bed for the children to sleep in. The small seating area outside the cabin was a lovely addition as it meant we could sit there with a drink from the bar while the children got to sleep! Although we didn't use it there is kitchenette area which appeared well equipped. Breakfast was very nice too and the parking was very secure (the clearence was well over 2m).

Nothing we didn't like. We would happily return.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was in a great location and had some parking available at a reasonable cost. This private unit was a separate structure with a charming exterior and spacious courtyard with multiple seating options. The bathroom was updated and comfortable. The room was spacious with two couches that could be used for sleeping. The chalet was quiet and had exterior access. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. We had one dinner at the restaurant that was excellent. During our 3+ weeks in Italy this dinner was the best meal.

The room was a little cold, but the heater was able to bring the temperatures up to a reasonable level. Front door lock was a little difficult to get to lock securely. The furnishings were dated but functional.

Absolutely beautiful place. Amazing location and so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had our whole holiday in Italy! There are bikes you can use which were very handy to cycle to the lake. The staff were lovely and we can’t wait to stay there again! We are visiting Riva again next month and staying in the same place as it was so good!

Nothing - it was perfect

The guy in the reception was brilliant, really welcoming and friendly. The house is in the perfect location in the city center, few minutes by foot to the lake. Absolutely love this place: they are offering free bikes, free mineral water, you can find microwave, fork, knife. And breakfast is amazing! Perfect Italian coffee, fresh food, juice, fleshly baked croissants and etc. It's the best offer in Riva del Garda. Definitely will come back ASAP

I heard the neighbours in their room, but it's not a big problem for me
