The hotel is AMAZING! The staff is welcome and loving, we had such a wonderful experience in our night there while we were traveling through Tuscany. The hotel is extremely beautiful, we received a complimentary upgrade just 'cause we had asked for a ground room floor. The breakfast is by far the best one we've had in our ten day trip, the town is charming, and we also had a great time enjoying our complimentary wine in the hotel garden. Would definitely go back! They pay attention to every little detail. Sad to leave! Thank you so much!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2,5 (!) hours after the official check-in time. I have been in touch several times with the staff regarding this topic and they have been really understanding and supportive. And they waited until close to midnight in order for us to still be able to access our rooms. Also, the standard of both the rooms as well as the publicly accessible spaces is really upscale and of much better quality than anticipated.

Nice balcony, extremely clean room, nicely organized furniture. Staff was very helpful for the hotel's parking. Some drink was provided for free at the lobby (though I'd like more variety for tea)

Room fragrance was too strong for me. I need to put the diffuser into bathroom. Breakfast facility was somewhat 5 minutes walk from the hotel itself, that was a bit annoying considering checkout and such.

The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us as we had a very last minute booking due to another hotel being too unhygienic to stay in. The hotel was the cleanest I've stayed in and was amazing

Memory foam mattress not great on my back but that's only my preference as I know others like the memory foam

We were upgrated to a beautiful room with a lounge area. The hotel itself is spread out around the city,in three different sites. We were a bit surprised at first, but it gave us a chance to walk around the city. The building where we were was fabulously decorated. The breakfast was fantastic.

Very professional and helpfull staff, impressive! Location just outside the city walls is perfect, easy parking around the corner. Very nice room with small balcony. Hotel is part of multiple locations within the village so easy to go for a drink or restaurant and charge it to your room. Breakfast on central location in the village, so outside the hotel but it works

Very nice boutique hotel in beautiful place. Perfect location for discovering amazing towns and places around. Very friendly staff!! Parking around area. Breakfast in near restaurant, very good. We spent beautiful time in Toscana!!! Thanks for everything.

The fireplace and the jacuzzi in the suite create a very welcoming, warm and intimate atmosphere.

The suite is excellent even if some aspects of the furnishings are a slight tad tacky. The breakfast (at the otherwise very good restaurant Al Vecchio Forno) is not a luxury breakfast either in terms of food quality and variety or in terms of presentation.

A tranquil oasis in a beautifully appointed 1930s villa, luxurious fixtures and fitting, wonderfully comfortable bed, quality linen, great bathroom - perfection. A short walk to a cornucopia breakfast - everything was delicious. staff were helpful and very professional.

Beautiful decor, high standard, Big thank you to the receptionist Rita, she's great, big smile, very helpful and professional, she goes beyond her duties. I hope the owners recognise how lucky they are to have her.
