Great location close to shops, cafes, Duomo. Taxi can stop about 150m away (which is quite close, considering!). I loved the size of the room and the shower, airconditioning worked, internet was stable and available everywhere. There is an elevator for your bags. My room had a wardrobe with lots of hanging space and coat hangers. Breakfast was very nice - many choices and lovely coffee. I found both the breakfast room and my own room very nice and clean Staff contacted me by whatsapp to sort out arrival time (all of that was done in English too!). They were really friendly throughout the whole process of booking, arriving, check-in and during the stay.

the little fridge in my room didn't really work - water/foods were not cold in there.

Lovely small hotel in a fantastic location. We booked a superior room, that turned out to be more of an apartment and was great. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and great character. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast. Overall we could not have been more satisfied - this hotel was a lovely final destination to our tour of south east Sicily. AirCon was quiet and effective and needed with the temperatures we incurred!

Central location on Ortigia, easy to find, surrounded by all the historical places of interest, shops, bars and cafes. Delicious breakfast, attentive service, large rooms and beautiful pillows and linen.

Was a little noisy due to its laneway location near bars & cafes.

the hotel has no arrengement for early breakfast. we were allowed to eat only some pastries and coffe but were refused to prepare sandwiches. very frustrating especially the attitude of the woman who prepared the breakfast. we were given a clear feeling that we optained something which we do not deserv. just to make clear: we paid for the breakfast !

Fantastic place right at the heart of the old town, perfectly situated for walking to every spot on the island. Cannoli and fried fish in cones right outside the door! Really comfy beds, amazing breakfast and lovely staff. Our terrace was a sun trap. You couldn't want for more.

The accommodation is very comfortable with a beautiful, stylish interior. The location of the accommodation is top. Everything is within easy walking distance. The hosts are very friendly. The breakfast is above average by Italian standards. The service lady at breakfast was very attentive and extremely friendly.

Fantastic location, friendly staff especially at the reception desk, really good breakfast. Room was large and quiet. The decorations were lovely.

Check in time wasn’t until 4pm. We were able to leave our luggage earlier but only in the public area. Just something to be aware of when arriving.

The hotel was wonderful…beds comfortable,lots of things to see in area and around the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with wide variety of food. This hotel was truly a treat

Modern, contemporary bedroom. Not huge but satisfactory as we were only staying a couple of nights. Breakfast options were diverse and there was ample food on offer - friendly service.

It was a bit noisy in the morning outside when they collected all the bottles for recycling. But great they are recycling!!!
