B&B Hotel Torino President

Staff are lovely and helpful and there was good communication ahead of the trip. Breakfast is good. Room is big. Bathroom clean. Great shower. Bed was comfy. While the location isn't very central it is well serviced by buses and trams from right outside. It's a ten minute walk to a great antiques market on Sundays. There's nice bars and restaurants across the big roundabout.

Only one machine for coffee that was quite temperamental but staff responded quickly and got it going again each time it stopped.

The reception staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is with everything you need for a short trip. Cleaning ladies clean the room everyday.

The only minus about the hotel is that the cleaning ladies dont understand the door sing "do not disturb". No knocking on the door, immediately tries to unlock the door, after failing to open the door, forcefully tries to open it

Diverse variety of food for breakfast. Great coffee, croissants. Everything was fresh and tasty. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful, friendly and their english was perfect.

I think our room was originally a part of the second room as there was a locked door between them. Fortunately our neighbors were quiet people but we could easily heard them. All in all, wasn't a problem in our case.

Good breakfast and the location is very good. The buss to town goes right next to the hotel and buss to Juventus Stadium goes from near too. Staff is nice and helpfull. Very big bed.

Too bad that Torino Dora station is no longer in use. Before it was easy to come from the airport by train.

The staff is great, they were very nice and very helpful with everything that we needed. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Also there is a station right infront of the hotel and a tobacco shop where you can buy the tickets, the bus takes you directly to the center.

The location is good, and all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had some issues with the door frame that kept falling off . But the hotel treated us to a free breakfast due to the inconvenience

Everything is perfect during I started here. All staff is very kind and nice. All staff always stay in front to help you with any inquiry. Moreover, one lady of staff can speak several languages (Italian, English, and German). It’s a very international hotel. There is a variety of breakfasts.

There's a bus stop right across the hotel, so it was easy to navigate from the train station/city center to the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

The AC in the room didn't work very well. It can be a bit noisy as the hotel is located next to a roundabout but it didn't bother me much

Staff, breakfast, location, cleanliness.

The only problem was shower, it had a really big showerhead and the "extension", however, the extension did not work so you couldn't switch off the showerhead and use the "hose" instead, so every time you showered, you'd wet your hair or have to use the cap.

The best attention in Reception. The rooms nice and super clean. The staff were so profesional, smiling and super Helpful. I will come back in the future Thanks

Was short our stay. We wanted to spend more days in This Hotel and Torino 😊😁👍 Nice place to be.
