Hotel Serenella

Our host has a good sense of humour and is very helpful. It was good to be able to see the very tall spire near the hotel (of the Mole building) which helped us to find our way back. There were some lovely walks along the nearby river Po and up the hill the other side. we had some lovely trips to the Basilica and into the alps for wonderful views as well as going up the mole lift. We were there for the Universal Esperanto Congress where people from over 70 countries got together for 8 days of fun, and information, theatre and music, so our 12 day stay was wonderful.

There was a fan in our room, but not a full cooling system, so some of the nights were rather hot for us - having just come from England which was a few degrees lower.

The location was perfect for me as I needed a hotel in the centre near the university. It is also not far from the train station. I didn't get the breakfast as it was extra pay, but near the hotel there are several cafes where one can have breakfast instead, so no complains.

The light wasn't very bright, but as I didn't have to read or write in the evening it wasn't a problem at all. In the morning the curtain rod fell down, but it didn't cause any damage.

A nice, clean room in a small private hotel on the 4-floot of a residential building; a very personable, nice owner; a convenient location for all the walking activities, (although somewhat far (by walking) from the train station).

Overall the stay was quiet, as there was no noise from other guests, but on Thursday-Friday there was a noise from the guests of the wine-bar-restaurant downstairs, which has seating area outside and open until 24:00.

Location: it is just 3 minutes to metro by walk Clean: the room and generally house is super clean Staff: they answer to your questions as soon as possible You have everything you need for facilities: hairdryer, kettle, coffee etc.

This hotel is located in the 4th floor of a building. The host lady is friendly and helpful. WiFi is good. Room is spacious enough with a comfortable bed, table chair and wardrobe. Breakfast is fine but not a buffet breakfast. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the nearest tram stop.

The room arrangements is a bit.. odd (as you cam see on the pictures), also a bit basic and old. But everything you need - is there.

Very convenient for visiting all the tourist attractions in Turin, the main ones are within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was fine, continental style with plenty of everything.

Great location, colorful rooms, even though the bathroom was shared it was with only one other room, so there was never any waiting time, you could store your luggage on the day of check out with them, smoking was prohibited, kettle in the room

Very conveniently located, near the historical center, very close from the lively neighborhoods (but quiet at night) and on the tram line 16, very convenient for coming/going to the long distance bus station. The room was perfect, the bathroom well equipped and the lady very nice too. Great value for the price. I will recommend the place.
