Hotell Millefiori- Alpine Event Lodge

The atmosphere in the hotel is super cozy, like a family. We didn’t take dinner, but breakfast was amazing, we also were allowed to take some sandwiches away for going in the mountains. The view from the room is gorgeous. There is very little parking, but it is not a problem. The workers of the hotel can move your car, if someone wants to go away. I would definitely recommend to stay in that hotel! And if we go to the mountain Matterhorn one more time I will choose hotel Millefiori.

Sometimes wi-fi didn’t work, but in that place you don’t have to sit with the phone, because around you are incredible views.

the hotel is located at the beginning of Valtournenche, in a walk distance you can reach the centre of the small village. the staff is friendly and the atmosphere they create in the living room and in the breakfast room is really pleasant. I felt at ease, like at home (music, fireplace and candles) Rich breakfast, everything fresh and a good variety of products. we had 2 family rooms, wide and well furnished. we tried also the small sauna and the Jacuzzi, it was relaxing after a long walk in the mountains. the hotel offers some parking places, when full, there are other places in a short distance. we haven't tried their restaurant but it is said to be good and rich.

maybe I would add some glasses in the room and a hair dryer

We loved their comfortable lobby bar with candles and bonfire that set you up in a relaxed mountain mood, you can enjoy that area with coffee or evening aperitivo, nice concept of the dinner where you share the table with other guests so we happen to meet new people and have a nice talks over the dinner which was so tasty! Beautiful dinner set up, we appreciated all of the small details. A lot of options for breakfast! You have the home away from home feeling.

Best views of a hotel I’ve ever scene! Fantastic food, staff, and location to neighboring hikes. Perfect spot to relax on your vacation.

I hardly have any complaints at all. All I would say is that the shower water was a bit cold even on the hot setting but other than that everything was great.

This cozy hotel had very friendly and welcoming staff. We liked the rich breakfast and dinner, self service bar, daily room service and the pick-up service to and from the ski lifts

We were suffering a bit from the sounds of neighbours as their toilet was right behind the wall next to our bed. Also, tables in the common areas were rather sticky. The spa area was a bit inconvenient as it did not have a shower and the guidelines regarding the use were quite unclear.

Everything was super ok, the accommodation was very nice, the food at the location delicious and varied, and the staff very kind. The location of the accommodation is in a fairytale area of ​​the Alps! I recommend with love!

The food was fantastic, both the breakfast and the dinner. It was also great to meet new people and share a chat over meals. The self-service bar and lounge area are very cosy. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. The private ski bus was a great service to avoid the hassle of parking by the lifts.

Nice breakfast, amazing diner(together with all guests) Comfortable beds, bathroom outdated and a bit dark but very clean. Jacuzzi and pool not working, sauna is. Staff was nice, especially Laura (don’t know if this is the correct spelling though). All in all good value for money.

Like at home Atmosfare. Staff tried their outmost to cater our needs. Really nice Hotel, you must know though that when in your room sound travels easily, you hear you neighbours left-right and up. I’d list 19 pros and 1 con and that is the lack of soundproofing👍 We would come back anytime!

We liked almost everything! An incredibly beautiful house-hotel, with a constantly lit fireplace, where you can warm up in the evening with a book. We were placed on the top floor, our room had no balcony (balcony only in the suite or in the triple rooms). The room is designed in the style of the house, a lot of wood. Outdated bath, but don't forget that the hotel is 2 stars! The main thing is that the bath is clean, there are all the necessary accessories, clean towels for the body and face. The breakfast is very varied, there are a lot of cold snacks, sweets and cakes, but there is also hot food: porridge, eggs, delicious pancakes. you can also ask for omelette or scrambled eggs with bacon. They will definitely do it for you! Decent coffee, in italy breakfasts can not always boast. I was surprised that there were a lot of fresh fruits and berries at breakfast in October: melon, watermelon, pineapple, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries. For a two-star hotel in italy (we were in a lot of places in italy) - this did not leave us indifferent. The owners of the hotel are Swedes themselves, which sometimes creates an atmosphere that you are not in italy, but if this does not bother you, we recommend this place! I would also like to note the dinner! We arrived quite late at 9 pm and there was no energy to look for where to eat, we used the dinner service at the hotel, 4 courses for 24e including drinks. The dinner was great! First, they bring you a huge board that is bursting with an abundance of food: Italian antipasti, cheeses, meat, pickles, tomatoes, olives, grapes. Only by this you can already be completely full. This was not even the first course. The first dish is cold, the second is a hot soup, the third is hot dish with meat, side dish and vegetables and homemade dessert. Vegetarian is also possible (just let them know). They do absolutely everything themselves! Everything is freshest and delicious.

There was a lot of dust under our bed, and between the mattresses there was a dental stick (not ours). This was the most unpleasant moment. A bit noisy. Small parking lot, but they are all small there. Therefore, the claim cannot be made against the hotel itself.
