Bis Hotel Varese

We booked a hotel for 1 night on our way to vacation, and it ticked all the requirements we wanted. Free parking, excellent breakfast, nice terrace outside where we enjoyed the dinner from the hotel menu. The top was the pool, which is open between 9am and 10pm, so we were able to use it on the day of arrival as well as on the day of departure - thanks to the generous check-in and check-out times. The hotel is surrounded by nice big trees, so it feels like a park. For us, it was a perfect start of the vacation. We had a good experience with the staff - check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and a nice restaurant lady allowed us to take the breakfast outside. Thank you for that!

The room was clean, but it could use a new paint, and fixing some wall cracks. It wasn't shiny, rather practical, but it had all we needed for our stay. Bonus was the great working A/C, and the view of a tree. Overall still very good, just looked little older.

The family room is enormous, more like an apartment. Although there is no door between the bedroom and the living room, the space is very well distributed. There is even a kitchenette. There is a large outside parking and a play room for small children. The hotel is located among big trees, it was so green and relaxing. The breakfast was abundant with choice for everyone.

Nothing, this is one of the best value for money hotels I’ve been to recently!

The pool and gym were great! Clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet neigbourhood. :)

The location wasn’t the greatest since we didn’t have bikes or car. Luckily the bus connection was good to town. It was A 15-20 minute walk to the closest supermarket and no restaurants nearby. The hotel has A restaurant, but it was a bit expensive to our taste. :) We had breakfast one morning and it was a bit chaotic experience since many things were gone by 9:30 and one waiter had a lot of work to do.

huge hotel, surounded by nature. good parking area. good breakfast. only one employee in the breakfast room. she did an amazing job, speeding around to clean tables, supply food and help everyone. nevertheless, maybe management should find at least 2 employees for breakfast, especially when groups are accomodated in the hotel. overall: great hotel to stay.

Clean hotel with good aircon and good facilities. Has a nice pool and garden area, loads of parking. Restaurant/bar facilities also great. Staff were very firendly and helpful. Has a decent gym and games area in the basement as well.

Rooms were not massive, but good enough for what we wanted. Other than that nothing to complain about. Wasnt cheap, but then all of the hotels in Varese were full because of the rowing championship.

Good proper hotel with pool, open till 22:00. Quiet, lovely little town and hotel too, quiet Air-con, comfy bed and pillows. Fridge and good lighting. Free parking.

9€ extra for breakfast is too expensive for Italy.

The hotel was in the perfect location for our visit to family in Varese. The hotel was clean and air conditioning worked well. The room was quiet and the view of the mountains was lovely.

The wifi was spotty in our room. Also we had asked for single beds but unfortunately weren't able to have them that night.

The location is not in the city centre but it very nice located. it has an enormous garden, a very big parking and lots of trees around. The rooms are standard but the staff changes the sheets everyday.

The breakfast was OK but most of the food was cold.

The hotel is nice and quiet. Swimming pool good. Staff was very friendly and restaurant worked till late in the night.

We stayed for a week, few mornings we ran out of hot breakfast because everything was eaten and the staff didn't bring fresh ones.

Free parking with a lot of spots available! Swimming pool for hot summer says is also a advantage! Good breakfast for 9€ per adult and really taste pizza on the bar available for reasonable price. 20 minutes for the border of Switzerland 🇨🇭

Is a bit far for the sightseeing (Como Lake) but if you with car that cannot considered a issue!
