The property is beautiful, very calm, well maintained and thought. The rooms are big, renovated with care and good taste, simple yet very pretty. The breakfast was very good and the wifi works well.

The receptionist had all the qualities of a French server at a Parisian brasserie. We felt at home and we felt sorry that we dare speak to him to ask him for anything. How could we? Otherwise the rest of the staff was super nice. Also, the room are not very soundproof even if the location is very calm. But if other guests are quite loud in the hallways, you might hear them.

Location was ideal for Como - circa 15 minutes. Great apartment size and very clean. Good breakfast and very nice restaurant. Good wifi.

The car park is down an unmade gravel track - not ideal for anyone with a low slung car. The settee in the apartment was terrible. (It was a sofa bed style, but with no back cushions - essentially wood covered in upholstery material with next to no padding.) Arrived after a long journey only to be told at reception that there was no room in the restaurant and the nearest place to eat would be in Como. I suggest that anyone staying here books the restaurant well in advance. I also suggest that the reservation process includes a message to guests to advise them to book early. They did thankfully accommodate us.

I really can't find the words to describe our stay at Dandelion. Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, you can see that it has been done with a lot of care and love. The restaurant is also beautiful and the food, delicious. The decoration of the restaurant and the whole hotel is just like a magazine! The breakfast room is also beautiful and the quality of the food is exceptional. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, really. We will come back.

I liked everything about this hotel

A beautiful and charismatic old house with gardens, fabulous courtyard and grounds. Stylish and contemporary decoration of apartment along with some stunning lighting features within the property. Special ambiance and incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff for us and our dog. Very comfortable bed. The restaurant wasn't open on our night of stay but would be a lovely location for a meal, especially if the food lives up to the quality of the accommodation. Great location, easy in and out from autostrada and onsite parking.

Amazing property, this is a boutique hotel, preserved building and lovely spacious garden or I can say small park, beautiful trees especially the 60 year old magnolia. Breakfast was very good, dinner was amazing. Family enjoyed this memorable stay. We will be back

The location is 18-20min walk from public transport. Coming back at night requires a taxi

Beautifully restored old manor house, stylish and comfortable with a beautiful garden. Well located to visit Como lake and surroundings as well as Milano. Lovely staff and great restaurant when you don’t feel like going out for dinner.

Everything was perfect except for forgetting to refill the coffee capsules for two out of our four nights stay, minor detail

The location is a remote distance from the lake but this hotel has an amazing park and house so you can totally enjoy the relaxing time. The spacious apartment suit was very suitable for family traveler and the bar, restaurant area were all nice. Exceptional staffs! Especially the lady in the restaurant area and also Federica from the reception was amazing to help us making a booking on a swimming pool at Como lake! Fantastico!

The breakfast could be improved. The idea of serving different menus were really nice but the chef seemed to be a bit amateur especially cooking the eggs. Also dinner menu and wine list was nice but the serving time is way too slow. Also housekeeping could do a bit better work on swiping the floor… I was able to see the dustball on a same spot for three days..,0

Lovely spacious rooms with a beautiful view. It’s located close to highway A9 so perfect for a stopover. The big beautiful garden can be used for multiple purposes like events and weddings and in my case for the kids to run around while we could enjoy some fine wine. I slept like a baby thanks to a comfortable bed, nice wine and great dinner. Would definitely recommend this. Great and friendly staff.

Due to the traditional windows and green garden/location you can have some bugs in the room. Nothing shocking and we could laugh about it.

It's a very charming place, well restored; perfectly balanced with modern and old style. The staff is very kind and friendly, always available to arrange anything. The bedroom was big enough for 2 nights, having the opportunity to work also in the common areas. A little bit too dark comparing other bedrooms in the place but very clean and with spaces where to put your personal stuff. The breakfast was perfect, even better when the weather is good enough to enjoy the garden / terrace. I highly recommend this place.

Loved it - so much so that we returned for 1 night on our way back home. Gorgeous place, lovely apartment and staff, great garden/park, free on-site parking, baby high chair (and crib) available upon request, you can have breakfast and dinner at the premises..

They are new so there's only a few improvements I would have appreciated such as more hooks in the bathroom, a shower gel holder, instead of small shampoos and shower gel just 1 big refillable shampoo/shower gel (less waste = better for the environment) and a kettle.
