Very basic but good and clean enough for a small family like us. Close to the station, public bath with hot spring and town centre with lots of eating places.
The owner of the hotel was always absent when we wanted to ask something but we'd managed to find a solution by ourselves.....

-The room was clean. -The kitchen is large and has all the necessary appliances and utensils, even more than necessary. -Good internet.
-Noisy (every movement of other residents in the corridor is heard very well, as well as when the sliding doors are opening-closing in the neighboring rooms, creating a big noise). -Mess in the kitchen. -Bathroom.

It's not really the owner's fault, but noise travels very easily in the building and many guests were not considerate of others, stomping and talking loudly. There were parties going on in some of the rooms that seemed to include people who were not staying there, as once when I went downstairs for breakfast there were 4 people sleeping on the couches in the common room. The place was clean enough and the room pretty spacious, but definitely don't stay here if you value your sleep at all.

I liked the location of the guesthouse and kitchen facilities.
The toilet and shower room are very old and were dirty. There was a bad smell from the toilet.
