hotspring is not very clean

The triple room excellent. The onsen heavenly. Breakfast different from other restaurants we’ve eaten in Japan but excellent. Daily soup great. The staff friendly and courteous. Large twin beds. Nice size room and not typical of other Japanese hotel rooms we stayed at.

The lighting in the living and bathroom could be brighter. Too dim. Only one elevator. Entrance to elevator access directly upon entering. Don’t know if there is security control to prevent unauthorized personnel entering the hotel rooms.

Nice and clean. Retro deco with attention to details. Real plants and flowers add life to the place. I like the rest & relax hall on the 20th floor where you have a good sea view. There is a vinyl record player where you can play oldie songs like Duran Duran, Beatles. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the 2 night stay.

No body lotion, shower cap in the room. It’s only available at the public onsen.

The onsen are great, especially the rooftop one. Breakfast was filling and mostly tasty. There are lots of cute handwritten notices in English as well as Japanese. It's only five minutes' walk down the hill from the station and there are a couple of shopping centres right nearby as well as plenty of choice of restaurants. Staff are very helpful and many of them speak excellent English.

The colour scheme is all rather drab and tired, but everything else was fine.

Onsen bathroom. Nice view. Onsen quality is good! Bed was very comfortable. I could sleep well after onsen and beer that i could get one easily from the convenience store closeby.

The hotel building seems old and like a love hotel?? LOL Except for that, I could stay at this hotel comfortably.

Friendly staff with the best hospitality. Rooms and amenities are good. The outdoor onsen is very good and has a great view of the ocean and the coast. Spend a great and comfortable time with the family.

Bath could be hotter. The building is a little old and has carpets that, though clean, don’t feel that clean. Not a big deal, but could use new carpeting oerhaps.

the breakfast was delicious. the beds were comfortable and there was room for luggage and walking around. it’s an old hotel, some features were tired and in need of a refresh but it was clean and well run. The onsen was good.

Staff was extemely friendly. Room is spacious and the bath robes are cute and colourful.

Great central location near the esplanade, water and public transport. Staff were very helpful and provided local information. good parking onsite.

the rooms and hallways are tired and floors in hallway very stained. Needs a refresh .
