Court Hotel Shin-Yokohama

The room is spacious compared to my room in other hotel,so that makes me love the room so much. 3mins walk to train station. And most importantly it is important to put your estimate arrival time. I put mine and I learned that the counter close at 12am when I reached hotel at 1.30am. But the staff was so kind and helpful to make sure I can check in that night as well. Thank you!

For a quick pause in my business trip this was ideal. Good location between the station on one side and walking options along the river on the other side and around the stadium, with loads of eating and drinking options nearby. On check-in you get to choose which day they clean your room and change towels (for me once in the middle of my 4 night stay) which is a great idea for reducing energy and water waste. If you check-in at 3pm, they have a queuing system: just write your name on the list and they'll call your name in the waiting lobby.

Occasionally I could smell cigarette smoke in the lift or the stairwell but it's not really a complaint. My room and the hallways were smoke free.

I chose this accommodation based on its proximity to the Nissan Stadium & a station served by bullet trains. On my departure day I was able to leave my luggage, free of charge, attend a football game and collect my belongings on the way to the station (to spend the following day at a Sumo Wrestling tournament. All of the staff were attentive, kind & helpful

Everything was awesome. The staff were excellent and the room was great.

Some small scratches and bits of dirt here and there, just one spot on the wall that was noticable, but nothing major.

Amazing property. Our cheapest but nicest accommodation while in Japan! Slightly bigger rooms and wish we were staying longer. Free Amenities at the front desk and they are helpful.

Nice hotel, Clean room, friendly staff. Close enough to subway and train station.

They have rooms for smokers so expect to smell some cigarettes. But it's not that bad.

The double room is too spacious for one adult and a kid.

I booked 3 adults and 3 small kids. The app booked me 3 double rooms, which were too spacious for the 6 of us. 2 double rooms should be enough but the app won't generate with 6 pax.

Staff is so kind. For example, when I asked for chopsticks, they were willing to accept request. Location is very good because ShinyokohamaStation within 5 mins walking.

Clean, spacious and the location is good.

The microwave is not inside the room. You need to go to another floor to hit your own food.

It's really quiet and convenient to go to the Station to catch the bullet train.

Body sponge, which is free amenities to use, is little bit rough.
