Hotel Resol Yokohama Sakuragicho

The hotal is just few mins walking distance away from Sakuragicho station. Use the New South exit. Bashamichi subway station is also close by. Just across the street there is a kombini. In short the hotel is ideally located for both sightseeing and moving around. Amenities were plenty. My wife really liked to bathroom, which was wide enough.

The hotel room felt a bit small. Actually it has the usual size but I guess because of the layout (too wide entrance) and traveling with large luggage we had some difficulty for first few days until we get used to. Apart form that everything was perfect.

very close to JR Station, the Metro is closer but didn't use much. also close to a lot of attractions. the room is comfortable. the bathtub is large enough to stretch my legs. supplies are available in the lobby so you can get what you need and not waste them. Staffs are nice and helpful. a common area on 2nd floor that microwave, ice cube and free coffee are available. You may use the coin laundry too. Yet it queues way too long for the drying machine. Convenience Stores and Supermarkets are easy to access.

everything was good. maybe no view from the hotel i guess.. but not important to me as i won't be in the room often.

Everything. You are greeted by kind staff at the reception and amazing smell. You could choose from a variety of toiletteries in the reception (including face care) should you need those, so not to be wasteful. Room was comfortable, designed pleasantly, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, coffee and water provided. Location was excellent, two steps from JR and metro station, not too far from main tourist attractions of Yokohama.

I wish you could open windows or even tilt them a bit. I understand it's quite busy neighborhood but we wouldn't mind the street, but I can't really use AC.

The hotel was very well placed for the redbrick warehouse and other interesting shopping places, including China Town. The design was quirky and there was a large social space that could be used, with a free coffee machine. They had free bath salts for guest, which was a nice touch. Good sized bathroom.

This was one of the smaller rooms I've stayed in, with barley any room to manoeuvre in the bedroom. Which was awkward with a big suitcase. There also was no safety deposit box in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, stylish room and bathroom! I was traveling with my partner who is from Australia, Room was quite small for two people but would definitely enough for one person. Everything was modern, the bathroom was quite spacious for the room. No daily room service which we didn’t mind at all and they provide new towels everyday, amenities(locations, toothbrush, teas, bath powder etc) are also provided at the reception area. I would definitely stay again.

great location, walking distance to train station and attractions (around 10-15 min. walking to the main ones). the staff was really great& profesional- I was able to leave my staff at the reception before checking-in time which helped me with coming early to Yokohama&travel more freely. all the receptionists were really kind with all my questions& smiley. the room was in great size and super comfortable

would have liked more breakfest options, but it was really lovely. maybe a little bit more light in the room, even though its part of the theme so I get it! thank you so much again :)

Great stay couldn’t have been happier. Location is perfection, across the street from the metro, 7-11 and Family Mart on either side of the hotel and all the amenities one could want. Nice breakfast spread, lovely bathroom and room, and walking distance to most everything in the area as well. The property was exactly what I had hoped for.

Hotel was in the perfect location for my travels and easy to reach with public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants and bars near the hotel. Room was small but big enough, the bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was a welcome surprise.

The air conditioning was limited to 19˚C and struggled a little on the hot and muggy day, so the room staid fairly warm. No other complaints.

The location is awesome very close the the train and the shopping centre. So much to see in Yokohama so this was perfect for us.

The facilities where great, shampoo conditioner and toothbrush provided so we could save space in our luggage. There is a family mart right outside the hotel. Life saver we went there everyday

The location of this place is unbeatable, chinatown is a 20 min walk away, and the red brick warehouse and cable cars are less than 10 mins away. Very well connected too! The decor was funky and youthful which we like and everything was super clean and neat! Room was slightly small but not unexpected, had a great view and a good size bathroom with a great tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us store our luggage till we needed it!
