Hotel Cuore Nagasaki Ekimae

About 5 minutes away from Nagasaki station via a mall / overhead passage, with escalators and a lift all the way if you have heavy luggage. There is a launderette, amenities like facial wash/bath salts are free and on one of the floors you can help yourself to different types of pillows, lamps, humidifiers and even a trouser presses.

The hotel's external facade is undergoing renovation and entirely cladded up, but it doesn't affect any of the operations, with minimal noise/disturbance. In winter the AC can only be set to either 'heating' or 'fan', and the room can get quite warm/stifling, but this can be solved by opening the windows.

Hotel's location is superb! From Nagasaki Stn, exit then turn right toward the 2nd overhead walkway, take elevator fm there to the overhead walkway,look across n U can see Hotel Cuore,walk n take the other elevator down n U see the Hotel's entrance! Hotel's Staffs were friendly,helpful n professional even the language's barrier wasn't much an obstacle. Me n wife thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's breakfast. Moving about, were most convenient with the tramline stn just outside n if U like walking like us oldfolks, its interesting!

Been here for 2nd time. Last was 2019 before pandemic. The hotel is as clean as before. As you expect in Japan hotel. The shower is the best. The location is super good, just in front of train station, bus stop and tram stop, minimarket are in the left and right of the hotel. We took the breakfast, and find out it was really good with adequate choices and affordable price. Will recommend this hotel to whoever visit Nagasaki

Location, room size. Close to many restaurants, shopping, trams & train station.

Check-in was a bit troublesome with their computer system. Breakfast was OK, but the croissants and rolls they offered had no jam or jelly, only butter and olive oil. Not sure they had any English-speaking staff.

The room has a built in charger with 3 heads (lightning, usb-c, and micro-usb) :O Right in front of the lift access to the skywalk that connects with Nagasaki station! The blinds are wooden so they completely blocked out light as well.

The blankets were kind of scratchy.

Great location, and a nice tidy room. The built-in charger cables were very handy as well, and the wifi was strong.

The room was quite small, but for the price of each room (around $30 at the time of writing), this is okay. Not all of the staff speak English, so I'd recommend getting a translator before interacting.

Room were spacious and better than expected. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast offered by hotels. Staff were friendly and they were ready to offer help whenever needed.

Little discomfort was entrance of the hotel was hidden behind various constructions.

The location was right across the train station and next to the bus staton. Still, the room wss not noisy at all.

There was actually nothing bad about it. It was not a very special room that I had, but it provided all that was needed.

Super location, just next to the walking bridge, under which is the tram rail car station, u can take the tram to almost anywhere in Nagasaki. And all the drivers understand which station you’re bound for and get off. Front desk staff very helpful.

Everything is good

This is a great hotel if your intention is to hop in and hop out the next day. Nearby to Jr station and eateries and some shopping. But it's a bit far from Nagasaki station, maybe because of the ongoing renovation for better access in the future. And this place is nearby 2 tram line.
