- The room was large and the view of the city great. - The staff was extremely polite and helpful. - The breakfast was good. It included fresh fruit, bacon and sausages, grilled salmon, pork belly, yoghurt and cereals etc. It's a mix of Japanese and western cuisine. It was weird however, that you have to drink your coffee from a paper cup, despite the hotel is clearly trying to be sophisticated. - There is hotel parking available.

The view comes at a price. The hotel is away from the city center, but does offer a regular shuttle bus to make up for it. - The room has seen better days. Everything was aged, the plastic was discoloured, the cabinet door didnt close properly, there are stains on the couch etc. A renovation seems to be due.

The best view of Nagasaki day or night, a very luxury touch, clean and huge size of the room, polite staff and variety of fruit at breakfast. They also have a shuttle bus to the city. A great value.

They refused us to go to restaurant terrace to take a picture. It is a total absurd that in a hotel with such perfect view you are not allowed to go outside on a terrace or roof. it’s only possible in heartless Japan. Also, paper cups at breakfast are not acceptable. There should be a proper coffee machine and tea also. There was a bottle of wine and drinks in the fridge that seemed like complimentary treat, as there was no a price list in the room. Be careful because they are not free!

Love the view of the city at night. Must book the harbour view room. No need to brave the cold wind during winter. Nice touch for the hotel to place an informative card to indicate what we could see from our room. Room is spacious though a little dated. The entire hotel has a nostalgic feel. It seems popular as a wedding spot. Kids below 12 stay for free. Just need to pay for breakfast. The hotel provided a small amenity pouch for my kid. Appreciate the free shuttle service to Nagasaki station. Very punctual.

The hotel included some local dishes in the breakfast spread which are good but the spread can be improved. Dishes for the two mornings are the same.

The staff were really helpful at every turn. The hotel was clean and the views were way worth the taxi the first day and we used the free shuttle to get into town after breakfast to explore the city. Breakfast buffet was hearty and lots of options both Western and Asian pallets. The laundry service was 24 hours and they took amazing care of my clothing.

I wouldn't change anything. We really enjoyed the facilities and everything the hotel had to offer. We wanted to find the restaurant but didn't look that hard.

The Hotel offers great quality for the price. It is an older Hotel but well maintained. The night view is amazing. The hotels has good facilities and the service is attentive and most of the times good. The shuttle bus is convenient to go to the city. Free packing is available

The shuttle bus is convenient on the weekends. But during weekdays you need to take a taxi. The staff can be a bit too much since they constantly ask questions and follow you around. The parking situation can be a bit confusing, since it is constantly changing. Public bath and coin laundry are missing.

The hotel has a prime location to see the beautiful Nagasaki night lights. We were actually given a free room upgrade because of my name. The shuttle service to and from Nagasaki Station is much appreciated. The rooms are larger then most hotels in Japan, in fact the rooms resemble western style Hotels.

The website has a location listed for the shuttle bus pickup, but that wasn't accurate. When you leave Nagasaki station, you need to actually head to the right by the bus stops. This makes sense as the shuttle is indeed a bus, but their website specifically shows pickup to the left. A few minutes after the scheduled pickup time, we watched the bus drive by and we opted for a taxi instead. Also the restaurant listed on the website has been closed for a while.

Beautiful hotel and elegant decor. Huge room with spectacular bay views. Excellent regular shuttle service to the train station. Complimentary self service coffee and tea at the cafe.

The room was huge but the sofa was worn . There should have been some provisions for snacks or a vending machine in view of the lack of restaurant services. Breakfast choices were limited in general and especially for the Western style breakfast, not in keeping with a 4* hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old and deserves refurbishing, the enormous rooms and large bathrooms, the beautiful view over the harbor, the cleanliness and the employees who were not only polite but also friendly, made us to feel very good and to have lovely time. There was a free shuttle bus from/to hotel.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed.

The room is big enough for 3 persons. The bathing facilities are good. The breakfast is very good with special Nagasaki food. The night view of Nagasaki as seen from the hotel is amazingly beautiful.

The hotel is in the middle of a hill. It is easy to access if you drive a car. But the hotel does have a shuttle bus for picking up the guests.

A beautiful hotel, room was stunning, two big beds, fabulous bathroom. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Fridge and kettle in the room. Courtesy bus to train station.

Although we did walk back to the hotel in fairness you really need to take a taxi in every direction. So maybe the location is a little out of the way.
