The room I got had a beautiful view of the main street with the mountains as the backdrop. The bathroom was decent size and I loved the little bath fizzers they gave every morning during cleaning. The hotel also provided plenty of toiletries that you can obtain at reception and gave a fresh bottle of water every day. It also was about a 10min walk from the JR station and was a 2min walk from the streetcar. Loved staying here!
I had a problem with my sink and wasn't able to use the sink stopper but the reception staff tried to fix it and were apologetic that it wasn't working well. But aside from that I highly recommend this hotel!

A "typical" Japanese business hotel - small rooms, lots of amenities, functional rather than charming. So I was looking at a wall and could not open the windows. I had barely anywhere to hang clothes but admittedly had a lot of stuff for a six weeks stay with me. The location is good, close to two tram stops, walkable to train station, some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. My room was super tiny but I did have a comfy bed, a separate toilet and bathroom, and there is a microwave in reception. I think a nicer colour scheme and nicer linens than , say Toyoko Inn, and somewhat more modern looking. Definitely a place that offers a comfortable room to sleep and rest.
Room a bit small at the expense of having separate bath and toilet.

Room was pretty good, and located close to Nagasaki Station. You can walk to china town, the dutch island (forgot its name, but very cool!) among other things. The bus stop for the Nagasaki mountain view is also very close by. The room had a coffee machine, good desk space, and a really great view, which is always nice. Room service was timely and very good.
The room design is super weird! Toilet and shower were separate, which is kinda common in Japan. However, the faucet was on the actual bedroom! Right by the desk and coffee machine. This is a very questionable decision I think. It can lead to uncomfortable moments regarding teeth brushing and mouthwashing with the other guest. I also thought the breakfast was quite expensive for its quality. Probably would suggest to look elsewhere for this. Reception staff did not really speak english at all, which can be a slight challenge for communication at times.

The location was very good for doing anything in Nagasaki including the bus to the airport and Nagasaki station. They had free amenities at the ground floor. The bath was large enough to lay in it without bending your knees plus a free bath salt. Vending machines at my floor for if you're thirsty.
The pillows were a bit hard The body towel isn't in the bathroom, it's in a black box under the washing table. Can cause confusion. You can't charge your phone from your bed unless you have a long charging cable

Staff were very polite - they kindly provided me with an extra pillow when I asked for one. The room was kept clean. I thought the breakfast selection was very good - definitely worth booking it. The location is excellent - directly in between Ohato and Gotomachi, with regular tram services to all major parts of Nagasaki, and buses from Nagasaki airport dropping you very close to the hotel entrance. Nagasaki bus station and Nagasaki station are only about 10 min walk away. Nagasaki port is also extremely close. Dejima and Nagasaki seaside park are also close by for a nice evening walk.
The only minor criticism I had was that I didn't like the bathroom too much (similar to some other Japanese business hotels, the toilet and bathroom are separate. The shower and the bath are also meant to be used separately). It wouldn't put me off booking again though.

The room was large and spacious. Although we didn't opt for early room access, the staff were able to get us into our room earlier than scheduled. It was incredibly kind as we were travelling for a friend's wedding and were prepared to get dressed in the lobby bathrooms. All the spaces in this hotel were clean and the staff were very friendly.
We were quite happy with our stay. Just note that if you are using their parking it is around the back of the facility. We only wished we'd though of that and packed umbrellas as it rained that day!

Room was small as typical Japanese business hotel, but the space is efficiently used . Breakfast was superb, but if you don;t reserve it when you book, it is difficult to request at the site because they limit the number of people they can serve comfortably.
I asked questions ahead of our stay via Booking.com. They never replied. Also, breakfast should be available on the site without reservations.

Good location, friendly staff, basin in the room
The room doesn't have sockets for 3-pin plugs. You can buy adaptors for 2500 JPY at front desk. Some big hotels in Japan do have sockets in the rooms for 3-pin plugs for laptops etc. Perhaps the hotel can consider renting it for 100 JPY for a night? Otherwise it's just waste of money and creating unnecessary waste.

The hotel is conveniently located in Nagasaki city center. We could visit everything by walk (Dejima is 10 min walk away). There are malls and convenient stores in walking distance. The room is spacious, with separate toilet. The hotel doesn’t have free parking but you can park 2 min walk away for 1,000¥ / 24h with unlimited in and out (to be paid at the hotel reception).

GIven that this was my third stay at the hotel for "staycation" purposes, most of the things that I liked from my previous two visits still apply. To sum up the positives, the room was really clean and fairly spacious for a typical business notel, the hotel is fairly conveniently located in regards to public transport, food and shopping, and the value for the money (at the time of the booking) was really good.
As much as the bed by itself was good, the pillows were just downright uncomfortable to lay my head on, something that has been the case for about 80% of the hotels I've stayed here in Japan regardless of chain and location.
