A balcony with an attachment to hang a clothes line to dry our clothes. There were numerous parking spots nearby, including one right in front of the unit. The Family Mart and 7Eleven stores were just across the road. It was quiet and the room well sound insulated from road and pedestrian noise. The area was well lit and we felt safe moving around the area at night.
The main receptionist could not advise where we could park our car cost effectively. We ended up parking in front of the unit but paid 1600 Yen for overnight (800 per day) because it was not 800 Yen from say 6pm to 8am the next day, but from each calendar day. The parking around the area was expensive compared to other parts of town. There were no complimentary cutlery or crockery supplied (an extra 1000Yen per day if we wanted these items) despite the unit being advertised as having a kitchen, washing machine. We stayed 3 nights and bought disposable plates from the stores instead. There was no dishwashing liquid supplied. Fortunately his colleague was happy to supply a bottle. There was no spare rubbish bags, so we left the balance of our rubbish in a separate bag of our own.
