Great location! It's located near the Dotonbori area, as well as train station. The area is quiet and safe. What we love is the room size, it is surprisingly spacious yet affordable and they clean the room everyday. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Overall we had a great time staying here and we'll definitely will stay here again!

They are still using an old school room key that you have to leave to the reception every time you go out, although it does not bother me at all since there's a tendency that you might lost your key or it's a bit bulky to bring with you.

The location was amazing. It is so close to 7 mins to Dotombori district aka Glico man sign and other neon lights. It is also a 3min walk to the Metro and less than 10min walk to train station to Namba district.

The aircon was set to heater/fan mode and cooling is not possible. Although this was solved cause we asked the Front desk to open the window for us. No complimentary mineral water was provided. Minor issue was returning the key to Front desk everytime you go out but this is not a deal breaker.

The location was great, only 2 mins walk from Shinsaibashi station. But need to ensure that you use the correct exit (from the station) because we took a long walk from Shinsaibashi station on our arrival day. However, we found out that there was a shorter/nearer exit which was only 2 mins to/from the hotel, which was helpful. It is also a quick 10 mins walk to Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi where everything is!

The room was pretty small and tight. There was just not much space for luggage and had to open/close the luggage to make space.

The location was great very close to Dotonbori and the pokemon cafe. The breakfast was good but could use a bit more variety. The Hotel was a good location for shopping and walking around at night.

Everything was good but there was one thing that was a bit annoying. That was the microwave there only one so if you and other heating up food there will be a line.

Location of hotel was good as it was close to the shopping district. Hotel cleaning service was good. There was a bathtub in the toilet which we enjoyed. Ice machine is also available.

The room was too small and there was barely space to open 2 luggages. The bed was slightly small for 2 people to sleep in. The room key was a physical key, not electronic, which was slightly bulky to carry around.

Location is very central. Very convenient, safe. Hotel is clean, comfortable and no fuss. No smoking smell within hotel.Like the self help to toiletries, beverage etc. Enjoyed the stay.

Great location within walking distance to the main tourist spots of Osaka and the nightlife. Even though the hotel is a bit old, it is very clean and well taken care of. I got room 327 which seems to be a little wider than the rest as it's in the corner. Staff was kind and some of them speaks English. Best cost-benefit for Golden Week. And to make things even better, the mirror in the toilet is heated! That's really above expectations.

Rooms still have traditional keys instead of cards. No laundry service (although there is a coin laundry within 1 min walk).
