It is close to the famous shopping streets. There are a lot of choices of restaurants in the area. And the hotel is well equipped.

We went there by railway. It took 15mins walk from the train platform to the hotel. On the way, some streets are narrow meaning it is a bit difficult to walk with your luggage.

Great location, a few blocks from the main shopping street in Dotonburi. Friendly staff who allowed us to check in early (for a reasonable extra fee) and happy to store our luggage all day at the end of our stay in Osaka. Large, clean rooms and so many shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Excellent !!

Great location, 5 mins walk from Namba station, 7-10 mins from Shinsaibashi station. Amerikamura is literally a few steps away, and there’s a Don Quijote 2 mins away. Close to Dotonbori and the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Breakfast was great, and the free beverages throughout the day were great. Stayed in two connecting rooms and it was perfect for 4 people and had plenty of space to open medium sized luggages. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. One of them were very kind to call a taxi for us, and even talked to the driver. It was our first time staying in a business hotel and would stay here again.

There are no separate dryers, and the washing machines’ wash and dry cycle does not completely dry the clothes. Having said that there’s a coin laundry nearby if you really need to dry your clothes quickly.

They supply free flow of drinks from 1pm to late at night. they even have lotions, face wash etc which you can just pick up at the lobby to supplement your toiletries. The moisturiser, cleansing lotions etc were just first rate.

The bathroom area was small and there was no vanity table or mirror to do your make up except in the toilet. the pillows were also very small and flat.

My family and I enjoyed a delightful 5-day, 4-night stay at this accommodation. The convenience store nearby was a great convenience, being less than a 3-minute walk from the nearest Don Quijote and just a 5-minute stroll to reach Dotonbori. The toilet and shower room are separated, providing a more convenient and comfortable experience. A notable feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks available at the lobby, which we could enjoy until midnight—a definite plus point. Overall, our stay was lovely, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities and excellent location.

My only negatie feedback for this hotel is the absence of drawers to store clothes. While hangers are provided, they are just sufficient for hanging jackets

Everything. Close to famous shopping districts and easy to get to attractions by train from Namba station. Very friendly staff, speaking Chinese and English apart from Japanese. Very new room, very comfy beds with soft and hard pillows to choose from. Big window with good view. Room quite small but I still managed to open our big and small luggage. Great shower, toilet etc. Room service every day so getting fresh towels every day. Lots of things to borrow from reception. You just dial from the room and ask for it. I borrowed a hanging rack and hangers and they were very useful. New bottled water provided every day. The best part about this hotel is the free drinks and snacks from 1pm. We really enjoyed sitting down in the hotel's modern dining hall after a long and tiring day and enjoy different hot and cold drinks (my favourites were iced cocoa and hot corn soup) with a couple of snacks. There was also a microwave and hot water for us to quickly heat up a simple meal or instant noodles. This is by far the best hotel that we have had in Japan.

Nothing. This hotel well exceeded our expectations.

Family loves this hotel to the max! Nice friendly staff who can speaks English and provided good support to us. Big rooms with big comfortable beds. Daily change of towels and yukatas. Near Dotonburi with plenty of food options nearby. Walking distance from train station. Free flow of coffee/tea/drinks and snacks at lobby/cafe area…something we looked forward to at the end of our day of walking and shopping. Plenty of toiletries and sun care products to choose from at lobby.

For those looking to wash and dry clothes during your trip, their coin laundry are all washer/dryer types. Not separated dryers. Some of our loads were not dried and we can’t go through another dryer round like other hotels.

This is in a great location about 5-7 minutes walking to Dotonbori and very close to train station. The actual neighborhood it’s in has tons of shopping options and especially for vintage or used clothing. The room was easily the biggest room I had during my entire Japan stay (I stayed in 4 different hotels total). The bathroom was large as well. The room was comfortable and I particularly liked the translated guide to using the AC remote. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Dotonbori but still in a quiet area.

Everything was great. I did think it was a bit odd that there was no shower curtain though. The bathroom is very large and so in between the shower and toilet there is a curtain, but it’s several feet from the shower. So while showering, I had to be extra careful not to spill water. Wasn’t really a big deal and didn’t make me enjoy my stay any less. But still, would’ve been nice to have an actual shower curtain lol.

While traveling solo for 17 days through Asia, I booked this budget friendly hotel with minimal expectations -- and it exceeded all! Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, sheets and pillows.. They even provide pajamas and slippers!! Leave all the toiletries at home as the hotel has it all! Upon arrival, a gentleman clerk (who spoke perfect English) assisted with my check in process.. Have your passport ready to scan on the machine! He was very thorough with the instructions to help orient you with the hotel. There is a kitchen area to welcome visitors with complementary snacks, coffee, tea and soup (dispensed from a machine) until midnight each day. The Matcha Latte was delicious (for machine brewed)! I was provided with an ADA compliant room with a lower sink, toilet and spacious bathroom. No big deal but if taller than 5"2 this would not be the best room choice for you. The (warm) TOTO toilets are SUPERB!! Thankfully I purchased the breakfast with my reservation. (This can also be purchased at the hotel). The facility provides a nice variety of hot and cold options, with fruit and a chef's special bar on the left. It was the same dishes the following day with exception to the congee. Nearby restaurants or coffees don't open in the early morning so the hotel's breakfast was convenient and provided a nutritious meal to help you start your day. Otherwise, one would have to walk into the shopping district to find food or Starbucks coffee. Keep in mind that the area is known for its nightlife, so many places around the hotel are not open till 10:30 or later. Hotel is located conveniently located 3 miles from the Osaka Castle and several blocks from the Dotonbori nightlife, River, shopping, people watching. It is a bit of a tourist trap with a lively atmosphere. I walked all over and finally found a cute little Hibachi bar with delicious food literally just around the corner from the hotel.

Amazing experience at karaksa hotel - stayed with my elderly parents and sister. Great location within dontonbori. The staff were fantastic. I injured my foot in Osaka - I apologise if I've mispelt or forgotten names, but I wanted to give particular thanks to harada for assisting to organise ice packs, kim for helping to call department stores to help me source crutches. There was one other staff member whom I apologise but I have forgotten her name (? Yoko) who helped to book me an appointment at a medical clinic and arrange a taxi there. I have never had such fantastic service anywhere before. I really appreciate everyone's help and assistance in saving what could have ended up being a disaster holiday. As a side, the facilities available near reception in terms of chairs, tables, refreshments with an array of drink options, soups and crackers is a very nice touch
