Toyoko Inn Osaka Umeda Nakatsu No.2

The breakfast was fantastic. Delicious fresh home-made food made in the kitchen early in the morning, it’s exactly what we needed after eating 7/11 everyday for a while. The room itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel had a lot of amenities to give out for free. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and housekeeping came daily to give you fresh towels and change your bin. The staff were super lovely and keen to give you hand. Location wise also really great, easy to walk to quite a few restaurants and only 15 minutes on foot to a nice shopping area. They have a free shuttle to take you to Osaka station and that was the cherry on top!

Absolutely nothing

The breakfast, and the staff were very kind and accomodating. The free shuttle to the Osaka station was a plus. The free amenities were a plus, too. A plus we were allowed to leave our suitcases for storage even after our check-out.

The actual room was small so you can barely open your suitcase, especially if two people are staying with two suitcases. We stayed during the new years. So on Jan 1, we didn't know that the shuttle would be unavailable, and we weren't advised. We waited for quite some time before resorting to commuting. Even going to the hotel on our first day, we didn't know the shuttle was available, should be promoted more on your page.

This apartment has a comfortable room with good amenities. The free wifi is always working and is perfect for getting work done. The breakfast buffet style was also delicious and nutritious, giving me the perfect start to my day.

One of the downsides to this apartment is that the room is a little small, which can make it feel cramped at times. Additionally, the room had a slight smell when I first arrived, but I was able to fix it by opening the window for some fresh air. The ventilation in the shower room is also somewhat weak, which can lead to moisture buildup. Lastly, the table next to the big window can make it too hot if you work there all day, which can be uncomfortable in the summer months.

The room was comfortable, I had free breakfast and there was a shuttle bus service to Osaka train station. Although I didn't use it this time, they have a sauna.

It is just a minor thing, but the first night it took me a while to be able to regulate the temperature of water in the shower, it was too cold or too hot.

Regardless for the breakfast is not too bad really, Fresh and clean the room bit small not enough for everyone

The room was a bit old style but it was super clean, bed was good, the staff was nice, the breakfast was great The metro station was 5 min by walk I really liked that the Toyosaki Shirne was 5 min by walk and it is very nice at night

The hallway and the elevator were so hot

Stayed here for breakfast and hotel shuttle. Excellent breakfast. Old style Japanese cooking. Hotel shuttle very convenient. Nakatsu subway Sta about 10 min. walk.

Rooms a little small but about the same size as other hotels in Japan.

This was an Amazing Location due to the Lovely Mall next to us & Especially the EON Store that was Perfect with the Best Fresh Foods & Market. We were able to eat Sooo healthy & GR there daily & scoop up our Amazing Fruits, Daily Ready made & Healthy dinners too!

Helpful staff, exceptional cleanliness. The free shuttle to/from Osaka Station was a major boon.

The air-conditioning remote control was in Japanese. The lady helped, but there was about 2 minutes of sweating :D

Breakfast was very delicious! And staffs were very humble and helpful. They speak Japanese slowly so we can understand all explanation. We were trying to do laundry when we realize we didn't have enough coin and one staff (the female one) offered us enough coin to do laundry. It was very helpful!
