I liked the fact that this was a Showa-era / maybe early Heisei-era hotel. The elevator design and controls, the room controls, all just felt like the 1970s or 80s. (By the way, the elevator has a view of the outside.) The room and bathroom were very clean. The airconditioner control is on a console (took me a while), but everything worked---and was quiet. (t was a 100 degree F day. Staff was excellent. I would stay there again for sure.
Nothing the hotel could have helped. It is ten minutes from the station on foot. When it's 100 degree-type days, try to get a taxi.

Ooh I loved the restroom, I was astonished by their High tech toilets. The best in the world; from warming up my seat, to the bottom water splashes. I'm in awe!!
As a foreigner and someone who doesn't know Japanese language , I couldn't enjoy the TV at all. I think that they could try to accommodate us in this regard.

The staff is always the highlight when you go to a hotel. If the staff is meh, the experience takes a big hit. The staff were great, a little bit discreet which I liked.

Good location. Easily accessible by car. Enough car parking space. Clean room. Staff was very polite.
When I used the air conditioner, the room became so hot that I almost suffered from hyperthermia. There was no breakfast offered in any restaurants and cafes on the day when I stayed.
