Wifi was solid, the AC in the room was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood to walk around and check out close parks. I extended for a total of 5 nights. A few close gyms (30 pesos a day pass) and the restaurant right next door has great staff and awesome food specials each day.

It is close to a residential area and a big venue there are a couple restaurants and a Fonda, a very friendly park.
The walls are insanely thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring and my room was next to a public restroom. The place is more like a motel rather an a hotel.

The location was good because it is only one block from a major street and it was easy to get transportation.
There were mosquitoes and some roaches in the room.

There is very little I liked about this hotel, other than a free bottle of water.
Staff were rude, cared only about getting your money, and getting you out of there. She asked me if I'd left the remote for TV/Air as a good-bye. The location is a wasteland of nothingness. The room was tiny, dark, cramped. I checked for a towel before showering, luckily, as there wasn't one. Walls are thin and can hear everything.

Conveniently located
Due to a failure in the hotel pipeline, we were left without running water (basin, shower, wc) from our later check-in to check-out time: no chance to wash one's hands, take a shower or flush the toilet from 10pm to 10am. Upon insisted request, we were offered an unbelievable 15% discount.
