When I tried to upgrade my room, I was told that since I made my reservation online, it was not possible, however, the reception person offered to talk to the manager about it. Same outcome though

I love staying here. I always book with Hampton In when I visit Piedras Negras and need a place to stay.
The fire alarm went off at 3:00am. It gave me a scare. However, when I called the front desk I was given comforting information.

The breakfast was delicious and the people from there was nice always smiling and the people from front desk two the room was very clean the housekeeping always give us towels coffee everything what we need I go everytime there when I go vacations is a good hotel I recommend

2 elevators, 1 not working at some time. Stairs labeled as emergency exits, was a little confusing.
