Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Eagle Pass, an IHG Hotel

LOVED HOW THE ROOM SMELLED (ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES IN THIS DEPARTMENT); COMFORTABLE BEDDING; LOVED THE MAKE UP WIPES AND THE THE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER/BODY WASH SET UP. LOVED THE COFFEE MAKER. VERY CLEAN ROOM

NOT BEING GREETED AND NO CONVERSATION FROM THE STAFF. WISH THEY WERE A LITTLE MORE OPEN/SMILE/APPROACHABLE. WRINKLES ON THE BEDDING; OUTLETS AND REMOTE CONTROL WAS A BIT BROKEN. WALL PAINT STAINS.

The staff was super friendly. They went above and beyond to see to my comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious and we were provided options. The elevator and laundry worked very well. I used the gym and it had very adequate equipment that functioned properly. The place was very clean. Smelled clean as well. The bed was way to firm for my taste. The wifi worked very well for school needs which is not found in most hotels. The TV is outdated in my room in that it did not already for certain roku or wifi capabilites. Workarounds are there. There is plenty of lighting. The noise is almost non existence. It was a peaceful stay. Well worth the price. I loved the Keurig in the room especially. The breakfast hours are very good for my schedule.

The bed was to hard for me. I did not sleep well. The fridge had not freezer for me to put microwaveable food.

The price was more than we ever paid for a Holiday inn Express. I think it was definitely overpriced I’ve stayed at The Palmer in Chicago and paid less and that’s a 4.5 star hotel with exceptional customer service.

The staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable those pillows were the best i need some in my home. the breakfast was so good i honestly wasn't expecting it to be that good

Had a black out in room at midnight. We were moved to another similar room but were awakened at 2 a.m. by night manager (the person that moved us). She apologized and said the room was listed as empty. 😳

Very nice and comfortable place. Close to the casino and affordable. Followed Covid rules well. Friendly staff. Front desk was alot of help.

All around good hotel. Breakfast could use a little improvement . Thrash pilling up in hallway trashcans.

Didn't have breakfast but looks pretty good. And what I really like of the property is how comfortable it makes me feel even when I'm away from home and customer service is great

Parking was way in the back but other than that everything was awesome

The lamp between the two beds was not working. It was connected but the light did not turn on.

I loved the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room, the coffee was awesome. I loved my stay.

Continental Breakfast over too early. Didn't make it in time to eat.

Breakfasts were great with lots of options and freshly cooked food. We didn't know what to expect because of Covid, but they had someone to serve the food to guests, and everything was tasty!
