Microtel Inn and Suites Eagle Pass

Room was clean. All was well maintained and in working condition.

TV was a little small for viewing. Bed appeared comfortable at first, however, sleeping became quite a struggle as the mattress was too hard. Not enough outlets to charge phone, tablet, and the like. The bathroom held a small sink, which didn't leave any room to place cosmetics or other toiletry products. No counter space. Continental breakfast could have been a little better. Breakfast area was right in the lobby by the check inn desk, and hotel staff had a loud argument about a customer complaint, which involved dirty guest rooms. Management and cleaning personnel went back and forth about whether the rooms had been cleaned or not.

The people were wonderful. Treated with respect and very friendly.

You do not offer drinking water to guests. The room is to expensive for not offering water in the room. The vending machines were out of drinking water. Your vending machines in the building had no drinking water. Add drinking water to the food menu. Also add water to the lobby. I recommend you to have a water dispenser for people to fill a cup of water on their arrival or while they wait in the lobby.

We liked everything about our stay the room was clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable which is very important especially having had so many back surgeries. The restroom was nice and clean and just overall the facility.

This is our second time staying and there is not much to say that I disliked other than the ice machine not working on the third floor which where we stayed both times. Another thing is that there aren't plugs by both sides of the bed to charge your phone.

room was clean & bed was comfortable the location was awesome, next to the huddle house restaurant. close to the casino in my opinion.

the ac didnt keep me as cool as i wanted, while it cooled the room it wasnt actually cold, just enough to get us by i was allowed to split the payment. booked 2 rooms, my sister wanted to pay cash while i booked using my bank card i wasnt allowed to split the bill

The hotel was so much more than I expected. It was in great condition, clean, brightly lit at night, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast had a variety of items to choose from and was kept very clean and organized.

Everything was great! The only thing we lacked was a bar of soap in our bathroom, but we had our own.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed.

I got to use the gym only one day because they started replacing the rug the last two days I was there. The air conditioner in the gym was not cooling well. I told the front desk before I left that our room 206, the towel rack in the bathroom was falling apart.

The receptionist and manager were very nice and friendly. Continental breakfast was very good and the area has plenty of seating. The area was clean and organized. Room was clean and spacious.

The only small issue or more like a recommendation is that the bathroom needs a small space to put toiletries and few other things.

I like that it was convenient and that I could reserve it online. It was clean and the air worked well. The towels were changed daily and nothing was missing. The clerk was attentive and nice. My family felt secured.

The beds were not comfortable and the air conditioner was not cold enough. The messages about the towels and items about wanting to buy if taken were a bit of a surprise but it can be re-worded. Do not make your customers feel uncomfortable or assume everyone likes to take items from hotels. ewww.

Hotel staff was great. House keeper did a super job in cleaning our room.I love the location of the hotel, plus it isn’t far from nice restaurants and the mall. Parking was great. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

I was a little nervous about so many safe troopers staying at the hotel, but yet felt safe if something serious had happened.

Room was clean. Beds and linen looked crisp. Refrigerator and coffee pot in room, which was a plus. Ice machine nearby, awesome!. Did not hear any noise throughout the night. TV has multiple channel choices.Restaurant in the parking lot, which is very good and reasonably priced. Have stayed at this location over a dozen times. Love it and will keep coming back. . Close to the casino!

Wish we could've gotten a room on first floor but it was New Years Eve, so I understand they were full.
