In the heart of downtown Colima, everything at good walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly.
parking is out if the way! it needs to have the essential iron/ hair dryer. the first day the order coming out from the shower sewer was bad!! We had to request toilet paper upon arrival to ensure we had enough for the night.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic location for downtown events. Lovely quaint little place with lots of Angel paintings everywhere. Street parking out front.

The room was clean and the staff were nice.
This was a working holiday. When I booked the room I stated that I needed good wifi. However: - The wifi was on and off, and impossible to get in the bedroom - The light went out in the bedroom. I asked twice that they fix it, and it was never fixed. Ditto for the broken curtain rod. - We booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, for us and another couple. I wanted to work in the bedroom so my friends and husband could use the main part of the suite. However, there was no overhead light in the bedroom and no wifi. - The window view from my bedroom was the staff laundry room and washroom. They should put some plants in front of it or a screen.
