Hotel San Francisco Leon

A wonderful classic hotel with a stunning atrium lobby! My room was huge with a very comfortable bed and furnishings. I really appreciated the assistance and professionalism of the management, reception and kudos to the housekeeping team. It's a safe, clean, and very affordable hotel, There's a nice restaurant with good prices and service. It was an oasis while completing my relocation plans. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

If I have to recommend any changes, perhaps hotter water and more international TV channels. Many reviews mention the old towels, yes, but they are very clean!

We got promotion and one night was around 170 pesos per person. For that money it was great value. The hotel and lobby are super nice, staff is very friendly. We could leave our luggage at the reception in the morning and the hotel offered us to check in 2 hours earlier.

The room (floor and sheets) and bathroom wasn't super clean. For example the shower curtain is quite old and looked dirty. Also there was no shampoo, shower gel, not even a hand soap.

Location of the Hotel is about a 20 min walk from the main South of Leon City main attractions, tourist destinations. including the yearly fair. About a 30 min walk from the main leather selling location in the city. And the bus stop

Hotel location does not have food locations relatively close (walking distance). The only options are to get something from the Hotel restaurant (before 10PM local time), before they close. Or to get a snack from the Oxxo across the street.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Amazing value and great staff, very welcoming and friendly. My check out was at 12 pm but they let me leave my baggage at the hotel in a safe place until 4 pm. The pool, the room and other facilities were awesome. Next time I'll be at Leon for sure will book my stay at San Francisco hotel.....

It was well located near downtown, my room was comfortable and I had all the things that I need during my stay. The staff was kind and caring.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom the second day.

Breakfast was not Included so we had breakfast somewhere else. Breakfast price was reasonable but we wanted to go sight seeing and didn’t want to waste time. Hotel was great overall.

The bathrooms could use some remodeling. Very outdated.

The safe box not working and it was not in the centric location

The price was great the staff were kind and helpful but had problems with the room telephone and the wifi and the safe box not working

-It's a proper hotel at a great location with great staff. Due to COVID-19, things such as the coffee maker, cups, and iron were not provided anymore, but I was comfortable. Great value for money. -The staff was always at the concierge 24 hours.

-I saw very tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. Usually I'd freak out and call the staff, but they were so tiny that I didn't mind. I could tell that the hotel was very old because of that, so even though the cleaning staff comes to clean your room everyday, they were unavoidable.

location and parking was excellent …. so close to tourist key points. bed was super comfy. Great breakfast buffet for just $150 pesos

bath tub was moldy, linens were clean but so old and pillows were disgusting

they give you a welcome basket, it was a long time since I saw that, also the restaurant service is great they go above an beyond

Receptions was a little rude, think the person was tired to be there
