Everything else The staff is a must
There was a difference in the hotel fee, I've been reserved thru booking and a partner just ask for a room at front desk, they gave him a better rate fee, so I ask the staff if i can cancel the resrvation thru the app and they agreed and they charge me the same fee as my partners When I tried to cancel it happens that thru the app i couldn't for sone error on the app, so the hotel staff told me that they will cancel it. Breakfast is very short, coffee not good

Just like any One hotel, a bit of a tiny room, but the location is amazing, you can grab an Uber from there pretty much to anywhere you want. Super clean, personnel was super nice and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
Price was slightly high compared to other places offering the same services and virtually the same location and being in the middle of a pandemic, I would’ve thought prices were going to be cheaper.

I travel a lot to León, i regularĺy stay in other hotel much more expensive but always suffering for a lack of hot water, so I decided ro give One Hotel a chance and let me tell you that this minimalist hotel wxceedwd my expectations. I planned to stay at One every time i came to León. Thanks

Every time the breakfast area was crowded so I could not take the food.
the room size, the bed was comfortable and the room was very good to rest. The location is not so attractive to walk like the downtown.
