Couple things: Super noisy starting at 8:30 AM till 5:30 due to renovation of elevator. Power grinder, sawing, banging, etc.

The property was great, clean, great location, excellent price!
My only issue was the staff. The lady at the front desk was super rude, very unwelcoming, and not helpful at all. I had 2 large heavy suitcases and she sent me to the 4th floor with no help! There is no elevator so it was a pain to take my luggage. She was constantly just talking to her (I assume) boyfriend and ignored me. The reason for my score is the very unfriendliness of the staff.
