Excellent location, close to many restaurants, bars, shops of all kind. Madera and Principal Beaches are both a short walk away. La Ropa Beach is a 3 or 4 minute drive by taxi or collectivo. Room 6 is the best location within the hotel (I think) overlooking the pool and on the quiet side of the building. There is a major construction project going on about 4 blocks away so the rooms facing Calle Adelita are pretty noisy during the day as dump trucks and excavating equipment pass by. But evenings are generally pretty quiet. Staff were very attentive. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook a simple meal.

WiFi was spotty in the evenings, not sure if it was because there was more use in the evenings over the Christmas and New Years period or an issue with the provider ??

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were spotless and we felt very safe. The beach is a 2 minute walk and exceptional restaurants were within walking distance. The town was close by which we walked to everyday. The price was a great value. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the cheapest hotels I saw available, but the location was perfect, it was clean, felt safe, the staff was friendly and spoke english, the room was very large with a kitchenette and a balcony, the place had a clean pool, and the location was perfect: just a couple blocks from the beach and the busy bar district, but not close enough to be noisy.

The only thing I wish was better was the wifi... i just could not get a working signal in my room.

Clean,fastidious housekeeping, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and nice pool. 1st floor means no stairs to speak of.

A minor point, but when you leave the room, all the electricity turns off except for the refrigerator. That means you cannot charge your electronic devices while you are out.

Very well located, 2 minutes from a beach. My room was large with a balcony. The entire hotel is very clean, actually one of the ladies is really hard working. I loved the pool ..,. probably because I was the only one in it, so I had a wonderful time. There are enough chaise lounge around it, and the surrounding is lovely.

The A/C in my room (# 5) was a bit weak, too old I suppose. The curtains do not darken the room enough making it difficult to sleep well.

Love the staff - they are friendly and very helpful. Facilities were great as advertised. Cleaning staff did excellent cleaning the room and the kitchen area. Nice that they us water.

My room did not have a king sized bed as advertised (room 2). The sofa was hard and not very comfortable for sitting.

Wonderful little hotel with very friendly staff. Secure parking for a couple of cars. Walking distance to Centro, Playa Madera, lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The location is on a busy corner so there is traffic noise - to be expected in a central location where mufflers seem to be optional!

it was quiet and the pool was nice to have since it’s not on the beach.. it’s clean and good landscaping make the pool area very nice.

I’m old the bed could have been a little softer, but honestly think that’s every place we stay in Mexico.

The location was perfect and the accommodations were authentic and super clean. I would love to be more fluent in Spanish so I could interact with all staff and guests. Plan to return in the fall.

Very quick to reply person in the chat. The room was great, with a nice terrace. Very comfortable bed and pillows. There was cleaning each day, if you want it. The location is just great -not far from the city center, close to some good restaurants. The beach close by was not so good. Ah, and the night watch Lemay is a great guy to talk with.

The pool was too warm, not refreshing at all, but maybe not possible to cool it down. There was a sign on the palapa(the outdoors kitchen) saying that it should be paid 250MXN/day. It gives some negative feeling of a money-making machine
