If you need a clean and peaceful place in a nice part of Guadalajara this is the place to be. No frill no thrills just perfect for a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There is a free continental breakfast every morning.
You are let in and out every time, so you can't leave the place if the receptionist happens to be upstairs or away from the desk. You are not provided with the means to get or out of the hotel whenever you want. I have to say that there was always somebody at the reception right next to the door, but not being able to leave whenever you want even if there is nobody at the reception is weird.

The owner is a lovely man, very helpful and friendly. The room I had on the ground floor overlooked a small patio Which was very sweet with lots of plants and a picnic table. Fantastic water pressure and constant hot water. I liked the kitchen with its long table as a nice place to hang out with friends. Appreciate the non smoking rooms. Cool, simple design. Walking distance to great restaurants.

The location. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood.Very quiet. Enjoyed being able to walk to our appointment. Liked being awaken by the song of birds...
Not having A/C, the fan was insufficient to provide relief.We had to open the window and , as they had no screen, the mosquitos feasted on us all night...The room was really small.
