Country Hotel & Suites

The room was spacious and it was easy to stay cool without the AC unit. The bathroom was very large. The bed was very clean and comfortable. TV in the bedroom was large and nice. The restaurant was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get an airport taxi directly to the hotel, and the hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport.

Wifi could have been more stable.

All the Staff are very friendly. Excellent location. Good a/c in the bedroom. Roomy suites. Excellent price.

Difficult to contact front desk by phone. Bad restaurant service, and don't clean the tables after customers leave. No coffee maker in the rooms.

Staff is always very good & professional

The shower water will get cold very quickly, of course the staff. Was very helpful fixing the problem, but the water continued to get cold to sion. Other that. We always enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Space, the staff was great, really kind and helpful.

The fridge had something's from the person's staying before, in the bathroom there was some used soap and the bath courtain was riped, old and dirty. The microwave was missing.

The staff is exceptionally attentive, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness in the room is great (the staff changes the towels and bed sheets everyday). Breakfast is decent (it is extra, but it comes in handy in case you need to leave the hotel early in the morning). The hotel is located near a public forest called Bosque Los Colomos (entrance is free) and it is perfect for running or walking (there are so many friendly squirrels!). The city center is fairly close by taxi (Uber) or Metro (the closest station is about 5 min by walking).

The pool schedule (it closes at 20:00 h, so I didn't have the chance to swim before that time).

Everything was excellent; check in, reception staff, friendly , customer focused, great experience! Swimming pool, nice surrounding, room with very nice bathroom. Restaurant I used many times in my 3 day stay and quality and staff are amazing. Will definitely return here when back in Guadalajara. Compliments how well this hotel is managed, specially the focus on customer service from staff!

The location is really good, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was really friendly and always willing to help you when you needed it.

The check in is slow compared to other places I've been. In the bathroom, the water got stuck in the sink and it took a little bit of time to flush

Right from the beginning when I got there , they made me feel just like home, I loved how friendly everyone is and the tour I got to know my place around was unexpected but more useful than I thought. My little one (son) loved it and felt comfortable. The room was spacious and clean :) obsessed with the balcony to feel air from the outside. The pool water was warm hot and I was scared that it was going to be cold but even better than I thought. The staff is flexible to schedules and I loved being able to pay with credit card for everything. The breakfast has a great price and the quality is great too. Right next to it there’s a 7 eleven so I liked going over just to get some coolers lol it was a great experience very relaxing and the rooms have the option for the person to choose the ac degree:) I wanted to extend the check out at 1 to be able to be on schedule with my lunch from home office and they were open on giving me approval, in the restaurant everyone was on top of everything that was needed plus the pool got cleaned very early morning. I guess the only thing I wished could be better was a connection to charge phones or laptops in the pool area but that’s not a big deal :) I still loved everything and everyone.

The hotel was a good value, comfortable, and quieter than expected even though it’s on a busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The kitchen wasn’t furnished with any kind of eating or cooking utensils. So, we used the fridge and microwave only. Also there should be more hangers in the closet.
