The different types of restaurants inside the hotel. Breakfast servers are always highly attentive and helpful with the local area if asked. The hotel staff lay the reception were helpful with making the room available promptly as were the bell boys guiding me to my room.

Traveling and going different places means you’ll need cash to go places and I found the atm at the hotel to be in an awkward area maybe if placed in an area with more visibility yet private in the same way would help visitors with money transactions.

Excellent staff service, very friendly but honest friendly, it's clear that they're not forced to provide a good customer service. Buffet breakfast is extremely good and with options for every taste. It's sad to see so much food wasted by the customers. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Having some welcome snacks is a very classy touch.

The lifts are very small so they're crowded all the time, this makes going up or down a bit time consuming, specially during peak hours.

room 707 : glass table was broken at base, completely wably, and loose, hazardous. under-bed lighting needs to be checked it makes a continuous electrical sound ( also hazardous) bathroom vanity mirror loose and wall looks like they have tried drilling it several times to fix it. this is a new hotel 2018, this is poor maintenance, but the worst is nothing was done after I brought it up by showing a video to receptionist, I didn’t make a big deal out of it as they were nice, but for a big chain as it is Jard Rock… well.

They had great live music every night. The food at the bar downstairs was good. I liked the decor.

The aircon wasn't self regulating so you either froze or not have it on at all. The only English channel was CNN, and the bar staff at the rooftop didn't speak English. Disappointing for an international hotel chain. The room was smaller than expected and the bloody shower head didn't even fit the holder, it kept falling out! How hard would it be to fix that??? The pool was full of children so not really fun for adults. Don't bother with the restaurant, it's not good.

The best thing about this hotel was probably the staff. Plus outdoor heated pool on the roof top. Near local resturants or bars, etc.

There was a sewerage type of smell inside our restroom, really bad type of smell. It went away after a while but it was really bad. Was going to ask for a room change but since I was going to stay for one night only I was able to live with it as long as the smell did not make its way to the actual bedroom.

Staff was cool, they lost my luggage for a while, I understand it was due to the amount of people that day. Food was good at breakfast and Starbucks coffee was a plus.

Installation look a little bit damaged (couches at the lobby) I reserved a room with jacuzzi but it looked not so clean, I preferred not to use it. In general it was okay but I'm not sure of coming back. For the price I like better other hotels in the same area.

The staff were amazing, always willing to help, the room was awesome, clean, comfortable. Nice views, there is modern techology. Love it! The restaurant buffet was delicious and great price! I highly recommend it.

The weekend was fully occupied and the elevators were not sufficient so we had to wait. The pool needs improvement. Parts of the pool deck was broken and the pool ladder was loose and unsecure. The pool view was amazing.

Central location the who's who crowd was in full effect all canelo fight weekend. The women , Jesus christ fire hot . No trouble bringing women not guests up to room . Clutch

Rooftop pool closes too early as well as the downstairs bar/lounge . 7pm for the rooftop and 1 am for the front lobby bar/lounge. Common area green turf right outside was available.

The property is great, pet friendly (additional fees) and the best place for families traveling with children, the rooms are wonderful spacious and comfortable.

The only thing that could improve a bit was wait time at the restaurant during breakfast, we do not like buffets so we understand that by ordering off the menu it takes a tad longer, so I see it as an area that could be improved but definitely not a con since the food is worth it.

It was a good stay, a nice size bedroom, the jacuzzi was great. Staff were extremely helpful when we had a few issues. At the restaurant next door, Agatha we had some of the best meals of our lives! The swimming pool on the roof was one of the highlights.

We had to wait almost an hour to check in. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast brunch wasn't really good, not what we expected. We couldn't manage to sit by the live music because there was a waiting list. To have pictures of Rhianna on the wall is a disgrace when is supposed to be a 'Rock' hotel.
