Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Centro Historico, an IHG Hotel

I love the location, just a couple of blocks away from the cathedral and other attractions. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful, love how comfortable those beds and pillows are.

It was a little tough to sleep at night because the AC didn't seem cold enough at certain hours. Also I requested 4 towels(there were only 3 of us) and I had to keep reminding them every evening. Overall, it was pleasant.

The room was not prepared properly for covid safety clean standards. Old kleenex box almost empty.. toilet paper riolls half. Hair on floor from previous guests. Please remive your hallwall dirty carpets..and on tye stairs.. black marble sinks look dirty.. The 2nd day maid was very attentuve.. food levels have decreased. But very affordable.. very few english tv channels.. great place just a few qualitt issues..

The location of the hotel was excellent. No need to rent a car at all.

Our key had to be reset several times. Also I know that it's one towel per guest, but my hair retains humidity so I need two. It would have been nice if I could've had 2 the whole time.

The hotel was located in the best central point of the city with easy access to Cathedral, and other points of interests around the city and other small towns like Tequila, Mexico. The staff was very friendly, professional and very attentive.

Everything was excellent

Its my second time in this hotel and I'm very happy with everything including the facilities, the staff and the location. The breakfast is very nice and the staff restaurant was very attentive. For sure I will stay here again.

Furnishings were very very beautiful the bed was nice and soft and so we’re all the pillows

I had a issue the second night that I was there from about 10 o’clock in the evening till two in the morning very loud music and arguing from next-door. I called the reception desk and the music got lowered, but I could still hear it through the block wall. I called the reception desk again and I believe this time it got turned off finally went to sleep. The bad thing was it should’ve got turned off the first time it should’ve taken two times for me to call the reception desk. Other than that I had a fantastic stay there and the bed was very comfortable the maid service was great I even had mint candy on my bed.

Booked a room with a jacuzzi, the hotel staff a day before called to down grade my reserved room. Very tight and limited parking spaces,

All the double bed room were not available when we got there even though we selected 2 beds on Booking.com We had yo settle for King size bed for 2 people. It was still ok

The hotel is fine, a few steps from the historic center, it is very comfortable and clean, I liked the food. The employee at the entrance is very friendly

The location is good, but Avenida Juarez looks like a highway. The water bottles are included in the price of the room, but they don’t give them to you if you do not ask for them, that annoys, having to call for something that you must have available when you need it. It is not safe to drink tap water.
