Six Hotel Guadalajara Degollado

Since the price was so low, I didn't expect much. I was surprised to find a large, clean room with expected amenities. It is located in the center of the shopping area and historical buildings and parks.

The Hotel is not accesable by transportation to the door. The cab driver had a difficult time finding, and getting us to the hotel. On browsing the area looking for banks, we got lost and had a hard time returnug. Leaving the hotel was even harder for two of us on canes. We had to walk uphill a couple of blocks to find a taxi. The tourist police, staff, (of Six hotel and others), localss and tourists went out if their way to help though, making a problem less painful. Don't expect to eat here. There is room service but not a large menu.

It was amazing just like the pictures very modern and small. The best part is that you walk out side and everything is at your fingertips. Dellegado theater has a great cafe if you don’t get to see the show there’s also Starbucks but the best is that you are ft away from amparitos lonches with the hr wait trust!!! The art museum is near by as well free on Tuesday closed Sunday Monday. At night the historical center comes alive with beautiful neon lights.

We all got very sick I was very grateful for the late check out, the sickness was a place not associated with the hotel.

There was no water supplied with the room or Glasses. given that you can not drink the water form the tap they should provide both things. The cab cannot take you directly to the hotel it is a pedestrian walk way. Fine for me but a consideration,

The location was great to the historic buildings.

The mattress was not as soft as prefer. The shower did not drain very well. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom, to use for both sink and shower. The AC leaked the first night, water on the floor, but was fixed when I reported it. The website stated historic views, although I didn't see any.

The room was large and had a work station. When we asked for a second chair, it was brought up in minutes. The same for anything we requested. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Close to Centro, the teatro, restaurants etc.

We were a little surprised that bottles of water were not provided but they willingly brought up as many as we wanted for a fee.

We’re currently traveling around Mexico and this was the perfect stay. Location is amazing, in the centre and close to the metro station. Staff was nice and helpful with storing our bags before check in and after check out. The room was very big with a huge comfortable bed. All in all, our stay was amazing and highly recommended if you’re visiting Guadalajara!

We loved that it was walkable to the mercado and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

They really should develop a terrace so, when travelling with friends, there is somewhere to sit and talk comfortably. Our only real issue was the distance to get to a vehicle, especially after shopping bringing back larger purchases.

The staff are wonderful. THE FRONT desk staff are perfect.House keeping is unbelievable they do a wonderful job. Nothing bad can be said about this hotel.

The hotel only needs small wash clothes.

Hotel is clean, has an elevator, is in the center. Best shower head ever. Comfortable beds. A/C works well. TV in room. The room has a safe. It’s close to San Juan market which is great for food and all types of things. They had a laundry service pick up my clothes and deliver to my door the same day for 90 pesos. Staff was friendly. Go to Croissants Alfredo across from the Guadalajara sign for amazing chocolate croissants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

The only negative is that uber can not drop you off at the door as the entrance is on a walking street so you have to carry your luggage. All the Good things outweigh this.

The hotel is right in the center of Guadalajara you can walk to many places such as the Cathedral, Teatro Degollado, Mercado San Juan de Dios, Mercado Corona as well as several plazas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small but very nice and extremely clean.
