The room was good, beds were comfy and we didn't have any problems with noise. The breakfast was okay and the location was perfect for us. We stayed so we could go to a concert at Guanamor Studio, so we were 5 min away by car.

You could hear everything in the next room pretty much every day/night. All rooms have a connecting room. Cigarette smoke seeped into our room one day and neighbors with loud music at 6 am kept us up.

The staff was very friendly from the guards at the door, receptionist, cleaning ladies and restaurant ladies. Very clean and quiet we had no complaints. Everyone is willing to accommodate you in what ever you may need. Felt very safe getting taxi from there, also very fast service. Definitely recommend this hotel.
