The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The free breakfast has enough variety to satisfy most, and free coffee 24/7 is a nice touch. This is a well managed property.
One thing, no laundry service. The hotel does have a couple washer/dryer machines, but in a one week stay I was unable to access them.

Staff was nice and courteous when arriving. They have 24 hrs of complimentary coffee and water. Breakfast was also great.
The room they had us in was hot. AC not working, after 2 hrs we called reception and they moved us right away.
