Fiesta Inn Guadalajara Aeropuerto

Got in to GDL on a late night flight, so couldn’t go to Air BnB until the next day. Greeted nicely, room was immaculate with lots of thoughtful touches, some English-speaking TV channels, HOT shower, very comfortable bed and bedding and, most importantly for me, they welcome dogs. Buffet breakfast was optional—eggs were good, yogurt, waffles, lots of other choices if you wanted it. Restaurant staff were exceptional—coffee refilled without asking, used dishes discreetly removed. Going back in a couple of months for two nights before I go home. It’s a seven or eight minute drive from the airport. They have a pool, unfortunately not heated, but will give it a go on my return. Security is second to none. Hotel is gated and lots of security around the property. Definitely recommend.

Not much. Would have liked to see the pool heated, but other than that, it was all good.

Mex$270 ($15USD) Taxi ride from Airport when shuttle doesn't run.

Fiesta Inn had confirmed shuttle availability for 10:30pm flight arrival - BUT learned it wasn't available only after arrival - and perhaps is never available for evening arrivals. Since I hadn't been expecting to take taxi, I hadn't figured out taxi price and was pushed by airport taxi dispatch to take "ticketless" (no documentation) taxi to Inn.

The staff & hotel were very accomodating as I had to change dates at short notice on a busy weekend. For an airport hotel, which I needed, it was perfect if a tad noisy. But hey, this is Mexico!! Useful airport shuttle.

Unfortunately as it was a holiday weekend in Mexico the hotel was busy. I was late for breakfast and the choice was limited. Can be noisy.

The gentle men who checked me in, Jamie, was nice and courteous, very accommodating. The lady in the breakfast is great too, but she needs help, alone manning and serving the whole area is no joke. Shuttle service to the airport early in the morning is a plus.

Great room, better than expectations. Great service and delicious breakfast (with good schedule -until 12pm). They got us a ride until airport also and it was very nice from them. We didn't use the gym or the pool but it looked good ! To be back everytime that I need to go to the airport.

As an airport hotel perfect specially if you have an early flight. Access coming from the airport is difficult due to on going work on the highway but it will certainly improve. Access from GDL is a bit confusing because of poor signage. I was told it will be improved.Very friendly and efficient staff .Sergio at the Front Desk is to be commended.

they allowed me to check in early after traveling all morning and extremely tired and at the same rate no extra and I find that to be very kind

The hotel is clean, well kept, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They were able to get us a taxi, a phone charger, keep our bags after check-out for a few hours, and the hotel had a nice, comfortable pack and play for our toddler.

Without exception, staff were friendly and efficient. Very early morning shuttle van to airport was on time and free.

The location is good for airport connections but I don't think it would be good if staying several days in the area without a car.
