Hotel Gallo Rubio

The hotel is modern and super clean, fresh bedsheets, great maintenance, but the staff at the front dest doesn't speak any English, the first lady wasn't helpful at all, my first room didn't have wifi and she wasn't even trying to make things easy. It's a shame that such nice place with unhelpful front desk staff.

The price was great. Staff was friendly. It was close to the central area of the old part of town. The hotel felt very secure and safe.

The bed was very lumpy. Because of all the concrete and tile it was very noisy whenever people were in the public areas. I haven't seen a towel so old in many years.

NIce, helpful staff though having a patter of Spanish helps. Comfortable room and bed for the price. Good location, not a long stroll to the centre, buses and metro. Plenty of food around. Area is safe enough.

There was a bit of loud room renovation during the day. stopped at a decent hour and won't last forever I'm sure.

Great hotel, location is within walking distance to centro, and the nighttime reception lady with the denim vest is super nice! In fact, all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. This hotel is great value for money and I'd recommended it to anybody. The rooms are renovated absolutely beautifully.

Some may consider the neighborhood a little sketchy, but I found it to be totally safe, just quiet and dark at night. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it got the job done! Reception and lobby area looks run down, but don't be fooled, the rooms are perfect looking!

The room looks better than I've expected (the outside have had one's day). Comfortable beds, good wifi, hot water, serves free coffee in the morning next to the reception. Found a very nice soap!

The place locates in the market, so it is busy at daytime and trashy at night. It is okay to reach city center by foot, but also is hard to find where to eat nearby and doesn't feel very cosy.

Right in the centre of the action in Centro. I walked out the door and BOOM I started shopping.

The bed was hard. I like a little bit of cushion to sleep on And the fan could only be on high. That was CRAZY!!

The location is not very safe for pedestrians at night.

My room was cleaned and the bed made every day.

The location was a bit of a walk to main sites.

Location is excelent and the parking is free and private.

They don't have enough spaces for parking and you need to move your car in the morning
