The overall experience of staying in a Pueblo Mágico as well as in a barril was awesome. They facilities are great as well since there are a few diff ent things to do while there. Dinner in the cavern was also really good. The breakfast was great. Excursions are fun like horseback riding and the tequila tour.

Having someone answer the phone was very difficult. It began when trying to set up plans before our trip. Once there we could not get anyone to answer and if so it was very rare. We were told that the phone line was having issues but they seemed to work fine when it came to them calling us to let us know about 30% extra being if we weren’t checked out by 12:30.

Loved the experience of sleeping in a tequila barrel . It was very quiet. No need to go into tequila town, bcuz they had a great restaurant on site. Enjoyed the tequila tour . The food at the restaurant was great . It’s a bit pricey but worth the experience. Make sure your air conditioning is working properly. Our air conditioning was not working & we had to be moved. Only complaint, is at our checkout. The staff will go into your room to make sure nothing is broken or towels are not stained. They made a big issues or a hand towel that had makeup & were charging us for the hand towel. It was ridiculous.. that at the price we paid the would go to such extreme measures. A hand towel cam be washed.

They were a bit extreme at check out with normal wear . Do not allow them to charge you for simple things .

Lovely landscaped grounds and unique rooms, good food at the restaurant, good Wifi.

Check in and check out process are way too long and complicated, and walking though a disinfectant spray? The current virus spreads via droplets from the nose and mouth, disinfecting my hair and clothes would only prevent transmission if somebody were to lick my hair or t-shirt.

It is the coolest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was super comfortable, however it was a rainy night, and we found ourselves coming back to the room in the dark because there was no lights anywhere on the outside (12v path lights were not enough to lights a path), and when we got to the room we realized water was leaking in tru the window. The room did not have an iron or a hair dryer, which was really inconvenient. Other that that it was a nice experience, value for money for sure since they include the tour of the factory on the price. For sure something you’ve got to experience at least once.

The fact that it does not have proper light outside, specially because it’s a rocky uneven pathway, which looks cool, but it’s dangerous at night. Check out took forever, and we ordered room service, but they forgot our utensils and our desert, by the time they came back the food was cold and there is no microwave in the room. It was an expensive very cold dinner.

The breakfast was great. Our waiter Alexis gave us incredible attention. He was very nice and polite. His cheerful character made us very happy the time we were in the restaurant.

We have no complaints about the restaurant; but I want to comment that the appearance of this place when entering the property, was in terrible condition. There was too much dry weeds. I was so disappointed that I wanted to cancel my reservation, but they told me that since I made my reservation through booking.com they couldn’t do anything to help me, in other words, take it or leave it. That was a very bad experience.

Check in check out was excelent. Tequila tour guide was amazing. Room cleaning was fantastic. Breakfast was really good including servers. Room was beautiful.

Everything was great except the service at the cave restaurant for dinner. We constantly had to be calling the servers since they wouldn't come to our table to ask if we needed anything. The hotel also needs a convenience store where you can offer snacks , electrolyte drinks, souvenirs. More guidance on how to get around to restaurants more signs. Better communication for romantic dinner reservations, I never received a response.

The overall experience is one to live for. I had seen this place on TikTok and to truly glad I got embrace the experience. This hotel has such a beautiful restaurant where it allows you to dine at night for a dinner meal and also breakfast in the morning. The views are impeccable you see Tequila plants all over the place which create the perfect scenery to create memories. Part of our package with the hotel include a Tequila tour within the property which was a very educational and exceptional experience. Staff are very friendly, respectful and attentive to requests.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was really was poor signal at times in our casita room. My other friends stayed in the barrel room and they had no issues with the Wi-Fi. I hope it improves.

I loved free shots every time you wanted some. The concept of this hotel was very unique and that is the reason why we stayed here. Loved that there were 2 restaurants. My favorite part was the tequila tour.

What I did not like was the pool being Reno aged. It was extremely hot and it would have been nice to have the pool. A map of the property would be great when you check in. Also making sure ac works. Our first room the ac was not working. We eventually got switched to another room.

I loved the experience of staying in a barrel. The staff were amazing and very friendly.

The location is a little far from where the restaurants and main town. The reason this was an issue is because the restaurant did not have good food. The proteins (chicken and beef) were dry and over cooked. My rating would have been a 10 if it was not for the good. I loved the tour of the tequila. The person who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and friendly.
