The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. Close to restaurants and the market. Parking is available but it's a couple of blocks away. We were able to unload the car first, then we parked in the lot. There is a decent channel selection, mostly in Spanish.
The church is nearby and you can hear the bells ringing early in the morning; and they ring the bells a lot. Also, there are dogs in the hotel that are brought out for the night (guard dogs, I'm guessing) so you will occasionally hear them barking in the middle of the night.

The access is terrible, I myself moved its chains because a person with a disability was carrying because at the beginning we got her out of the car in the second row, there is no staff to help or facilitate the entrance ramp is very high and unsafe

The shower was big.
Super expensive, rude staff. 2 towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 small bottles of water for 4 people. Coffee, more toliet paper at a cost. TV was broken, a big circle on the screen, couldn't use phones or wifi in the room, staff said it was because the walls were made of concrete but we could hear evey neighbor, loudly. Kids couldn't sleep. Most expensive hotel I've ever had in the US or Mexico, super rude receptionist. Never again.
