The breakfast was so well done that I was almost worried that I had to pay extra. It included chilaquiles with 3 eggs, bread with orange jam, juice, tea and fruit. The staff was very helpful and I got to use the sauna twice. You simply ask and they turn it on for you and after 20 minutes, it's ready. I saw some birds, hummingbirds, and a squirrel while in the sauna, so it was a great view. I also took an additional massage with was lovely. They had four to choose from and they ranged between 1100 and 1500 pesos

Breakfast (and all food in general) was extraordinary! The staff was super helpful and efficient. We got a room called "Bambu" (a master suite) next to the pool and separated from the other rooms, which was great for privacy. The hotel has very few rooms so it's a great place to relax and enjoy a calm weekend at Tepoztlan. The room had a private terrace on top with a wonderful view and we were able to have dinner there instead of in the restaurant. We will definitely come back.

Everything was great! My only suggestion would be to provide slippers to guests because the room floor is cold during the night.

I loved our room! I am pretty sure we got upgraded because I booked a King Room, and we got a Master. The decor was very tasteful, the refreshments in the fridge complimentary (water, beer, non-alcoholic). WE LOVED the sauna. There were robes provided in the gorgeous bathroom that could have been a hotel room itself. All the toiletries you needed, provided. The staff super nice and accommodating. Also received an amazing message in the master suite. The spaciousness of the room allowed that and made it so much more comfortable.

Sometimes you could not reach the staff by phone and didn't to use a bell that you rung, which sometimes was not heard. Maybe there could be a better system in place?

The grounds and decoration at this property are beautiful. The staff goes out of its way to help you. I would like to particularly thank Javier for his attentiveness. He was so helpful.

The property is a short walk from the city center. I liked this because it gave us a chance to settle our food after the wonderful meals that we had in the city center.

Staff was amazing and very attentive. Location is really close to downtown, it's probably an 8 minute drive. Food was surprisingly good and tasty. The owner is always making sure everything is working out for the guests.

Parking is a little bit tight but they had enough space to accommodate all guests' cars. WiFi didn't meet my expectations but at the end you go there to relax so it was not a deal breaker.

The staff is amazing! Really helpful and kind, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable, amazing garden, view and food.

Maybe more options for breakfast would be a good idea

The location was breathtaking; gorgeous room and facilities in an enchanting setting. It is a wonderful place to rest and restore your energy. Super friendly and accommodating staff (who spoke slowly enough for me to understand with my minimal Spanish knowledge).

The only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t plan to stay longer!

A really fantastic experience! A true oasis off the beaten track, but still easily walkable to reach the center of Tepoztlan. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Amazing property by far exceeded my expectations very lovely and helpful staff also; and my room was a dream.
