Hotel Las Puertas de Tepoztlan

It's a nice location, off the busy main streets but still an easy walk to the center and near some.great restaurants and cute shops. The pool is small bit nice and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are big, well appointed and clean. The staff were all lovely. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quite nice but there are a few things they could do to make the ace exceptional. The towels are old and worn, some had holes, the pillows were super soft and not the highest quality. The curtains didn't fully cover the windows so the outside lights streamed in all night, making the room very bright, and a woman looking for someone peeked in and saw me sitting in bed. They didn't have any plans milks or vegan options on the restaurant menu.

The property over all is very nice and clean. My only comment would be that some of the furniture in the room needs repair or to be updated. Just looks a little run down. however this would not keep me from booking here again, it’s just a small detail. The service from the front desk to the cleaning crew and servers at the roof top breakfast was amazing and made up for it. I would stay here again!

The refreshing pool at this property is an excellent ending to a long day of exploring Tepoztlan. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop bar, and the location is just right – off the main street's hustle and bustle in a quiet alleyway.

The decor and the design of the property are a cut above, especially in this price range. The pool area was also quite nice.

We couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to work. Also, the shower drainage was a little slow, which led to concerns about flooding.

Nice big rooms, staff was super helpful and nice.

A bit warm and no air conditioning. Towels were old and stained. No bath mat. Some features need repair, like the wood in the vanity.

Very comfortable layout of the hotel. Good food at breakfast and at the snack by the pool. Very clean, extremely well located, spacious rooms.

Wifi is not good at all, there really is no wifi in the rooms, you have to be in the hotel lobby to use the wifi. They do not have enough infrastructure (washing machines) to wash all the sheets and towels with about 65% occupation in the hotel, so they collect the towels to be washed early and then the whole day we had no towels in the room until quite late.

I thought the rooms were clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the view of the Tepozteco from the terrace is really nice. The hotel does not allow noise after 9 pm or so, which is a bonus. We went there during the week to avoid meeting many tourists.

The sensor lights in the hall outside were a bit bright during the night, but they turn off in a while. I noticed that the manager was smoking inside the premises (which is not allowed).

pool area was very relaxing! good location. a good sized desk to work on if needed with good wifi. good storage for clothes.

no cot was available for our baby to sleep in. breakfast service was a bit slow.

Good location, good size room, and beds. Wish it did not rain to be able to enjoy the pool. Loved that it was quiet.

This is an awesome hotel and quiet. Good breakfast. The staff is super nice and ready to help out every time. Beds are comfortable. This is the second time I stay here, and I would come back!

The slight smell inside the room. Not sure if it is fixeable or the smell comes from the pipes. I closed the bathroom door. It helped!
