La Cruz Inn0

La Cruz is located a short walk to a beach and in the center of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. It is easy to walk to restaurants in town and the pool was cool and refreshing on a humid summer day. We only stayed one night so we did not use the kitchen but it would be great if you have a longer stay. You could prepare full meals there. Additionally, the person that checked us in was very helpful and provided excellent service. Parking was easy on the street outside. The hotel does have a bar and restaurant however we did not eat there. Overall, great experience with no problems.

Our visit was in the off season so it was humid and there were mosquitos around so most of our discomfort was related to that and not the hotel. The walk to the beach is short but it was not exactly clear how to get there. Perhaps the hotel could include advice on that in their guidance sheet.

amazing staff and location. The room was adorable and very clean with all amenities needed for a couple. Beautiful views and very authentic. loved Claudio and the owners who were very helpful. They have free coffee available from the restaurant for all the guests which was very generous and convenient as we could take it back to our room to enjoy on the balcony.

Its not a true negative as we loved this place however on Monday’s the restaurant is closed. This is absolutely understandable because everyone at the restaurant works very hard with exceptional service, however the coffee wasn’t available to guests even though we had access to the closed restaurant. it’s a small thing but just having a pot of coffee available for guests oils be lovely.

La Cruz Inn is a quaint inn with 8 units on a lovely square close to the marina. It is in the centre so close to stores, restaurants and services. The online photos are accurate. We liked the small outdoor kitchen and used it a lot as we enjoyed buying fresh fish from the nearby fish market. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and comfortable. It's a social place, we got to know our neighbours and there is entertainment at the great restaurant 3 nights a week. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the owners are great. Annette is very cheerful and ready to assist when needed. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the inn.

This was our first time in La Cruz and were happy to find this very unique hotel. We had 1 of the 2 small rooms and it was fine for the 3 nights there and having the little outside area we could sit at was great! All staff was exceptional and we met the owners and they are very nice. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was very good and liked the tables out on the street. Enjoyed the rooftop music as well. Overall a great experience and will plan to come back!

We had a great view into the harbor from our room. The room and beds were comfortable and the restaurant is very good. The pool was a nice extra, and the beach is a short walk. The air conditioning worked well. There was a whopping great thunderstorm while we were there and we lost power, but before the room grew hot the power, or a generator, were back on. Which was much appreciated!

We were quite content with everything provided!

Everything, Annette, Cirilo and staff were absolutely wonderful!!! kind and very helpful!!! There’s entertainment every Friday with the dancing horses 🐎 so beautiful!!! Music 🎶 on the roof top and Delicious 🤤 food!!! Missing it already and just got home for a wonderful 3 week stay!!! see you all again! thank you so much!!! 🥰

there’s nothing not to like!

excellent location right by beach and access to Sunday market. if you taking a boat ride you are literally right at marina. loved the owners and they made you feel super welcome. food was excellent at their restaurant and the dancing horses show was right at their door. can’t wait to stay there again.

couldn’t get much pressure from shower and it was cold but otherwise not end of the world.

The facilities were great for a short or long stay! The staff is really friendly and looking forward to accommodating any reasonable request you make! The owners are so friendly and happy to spend time with you for a chat and give advise for the region. For sure I'll come back and stay longer this time !

Best place to stay if you are thinking about LaCruz area. Very nice little town, the staff and ownership are very communicative and everything was great. We will be back.

Breakfast was awesome, ate there every morning and it didn't disappoint.

Right from the inn keepers to the servers, housekeeping and kitchen staff should be proud of themselves, great job by everyone
