This location is perfect for Sayulita, far enough away from the noise of the bars but walking distance to town and the beach. It is a steep hill though if you are mobility impaired then you might want to rent a golf cart. The pool and view are lovey and our bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was really nice to be able to get breakfast onsite in the morning and the staff was very nice and accommodating. There was also a small fridge in our room which was great for storing snacks and drinks.

The bathroom in our room is a little small, but it wasn't an issue for us.

the grounds, pool, staff and location are wonderful!

it’s very noisy at night, not the hotel itself just the location. even for Mexico it was loud at night. also, smoke was coming in the open concept kitchen and living area with no way to close is off. the bedrooms have doors to close off so luckily most of the smoke was at night and we were ready to go to bed. Also, sun shines directly in the double room units in the morning until about mid day, so it is very hot.

Property was beautiful and a great value! I loved the outdoor patio overlooking the jungle. Fernando was a HUGE help and all the staff was so friendly and welcoming,

We went in the middle of July during a heatwave. The common area (kitchen/dining) does not have AC because it’s in open air. It’s beautiful- but we were unable to use most of the space during the heatwave

Villa chullavista diserves a 9+ on booking, this place is greeeeeat! it's super clean, calm, the rooms are comfortable, the view is amazinnnng, the pool is refreshing and clean. The staff is friendly and they even gave us our own internet routeur after we were experiencing wifi problems in our room (and that was only for one day, the wifi was great otherwise). I really enjoyed my stay there and I would recommend!

Loved the staff. Very friendly. Especially Cristina at the front desk. Chris at the restaurant/bar was a great guy but his contract is done at the end of March. Nice little pool to relax at. Apparently they had a little trouble with noise from down below the hill, but that got taken care of by their neighbours who were equally irritated. The construction across the street wasn't a big problem.

Bit of a hike up the hill, but not bad. Especially after we found the shortcut via stairs. Good way to work off some of the beer and food from the town anyway.

it was a little loud at night with the sound coming up from the city and late night party people coming home around midnight.

Great location , about a 6 minute walk uphill from the main square. Cristina was very nice and helpful with any questions we had or anything we needed. Pool was nice and bed was comfortable.

Air conditioner was a bit loud in our room.

It was quiet at night - no noise from the town center at all! The pool was lovely. The hotel was in a safe neighborhood.

The pillows were a little hard for my taste.

First of, the property is so cute! It was very clean and quiet as we like. Love the water dispenser, great idea!

Hooks to hang all the towels and some sort of shelf by the sink for our toiletteries. The sink didn’t drain well.

Nice location a bit out of town. We stayed in a ground floor room that walked out into the pool area. Great views. Christina was very helpful and understanding.

Bed was a little small for 2 people but that is being picky.
